Two characters are wrong in their own way. One is professional wise, one is obsession/ personal wise. Thus, two need massive character development. I already wrote that in my comment.

Unbearable FL, she already made a mistake but insists on doing that, the emotional level as a doctor she is rearward, she hurting ML with words. ML chasing first love needs to stop, a positive growth and self-healing character improvement need to be wants from his side.
"Sometimes ML 's side has problems, he overly involving FL issues, he only lost memories not consciousness. He crossing her personal boundaries, they are not couple or not in a relationship or not even a friend. Therefore, first he must stay his personal space not incursion into her privacy and freedom."
However, the SML has started the feelings for FL. It's very uncessary for a story point of view, the trope can't give any special advantage for the show. Writer will be destroy the core element because of the love triangle. SFL rarely seen in the 4 episodes, the involvement of this character which wanted to expand further episodes.
Preview of EP 4 kind of decisive, ML brother, is he has any feelings brewing to FL ? Writer already introduced the SFL character, and another any chance to cliche love triangle?? If introduce love triangle, the last good positive thing would end.

Some preview scenes of EP 5 missing in the EP 6, especially the hugging part of Sml. ML mom creating ruckus in the realtionship between the two leads. Moreover, two unlikable characters, first is obviously the SML and secondly ML mother. They just started their relationship, the strong bond between creating takes time or might be they breakup. However, this is a simple clichè drama and it would have been happy ending.
The Ep 6 will be hard, ex boyfriend litterly hugged her in the promo. If Hong Ju not really over her aka first love, and ML and FL also started their relationship. In contrast,from ML perspective its hard for him, his girlfriend hugged by Ex boyfriend and she really concerned about him. SML annoying as hell, without explanations he dumped her and the present situation he crying like a baby for already created mess.
EP 16 was pointless, especially the ending they end up together technically happy ending; even though it's felt like incomplete picture. A cliche illogical breakup from FL, k dramas writers wired for excute this kind of last minute breakup. FL has no faith in her relationship, a problem arises she call for breakup, dump and stupid FL. In EP 15 preview of 16, they getting back together might be in the last 10-15 minutes. I wish they don't get together, FL doesn't deserve that.
