That wasn't scc's fault at all! Infact she wasn't wrong in the start even for killing SM in front of him becos she was desperate to get rid of him n SM persona n had prejudiced opinion abt him that he is face worshipper only n will forget SM asap thinking him as shallow man. But now taking the lie to this level when she knows it's affecting his mental health n his eyes eventually knowing well he is not how she percieved him earlier is not morally right as well n she should redeem herself for this honestly! I feel the opposite n maybe my thinking aligns with newer chinese fans, (I m a newer fan bt not chinese😹) so I feel his agency should spread rumors of his casting in various dramas becos that shows he is in demand n increases his popularity in international audience, u see most of these melons I have read on X app by various Cdrama based pages, so that app has most of the international fans n when he had international popularity becos of XL, his agency failed to milk out that n make him more popular, other actors agency do that, for ex, meng ziyi n ding yuxi, as soon as both of their respective dramas exploded n they got popularity, their agencies r now spreading rumors of them getting casted in most of the popular novel adaptations. N that makes them stay relevant n popular. This is where his agency failed.

Oh so AvenueX had almost same opinion like the people here about this drama😹 it felt refreshing to see her talk positively about a drama which is rare. She is hard to please n very critical. She said the drama is very weird, whacky and crazy. U want to feel bad for tang qi but can't help n laugh becos the situation isn't even serious enough, n that the actors playing SCC actually did well n adapted well at how SCC would act, I would say that sucess is partly of the actors n partly of the director too! Being a new director he did a very well job of directing this drama n executing evrything so perfectly, n this I m not saying becos of my Bias for this drama but I really most of the times have this prblm with execution of the dramas(even the most popular dramas I have dropped becos I didnt like the execution or acting) So this drama for me wins in that part too along with acting n it's unique story.

Jst saw her livestream, she didn't talk Abt this issue but about filter drama as she jst liked it n although it's true this drama doesn't have sexual tension theme at all but that's jst about this drama, which doesn't mean it's easier to watch jst becos it doesn't look awkward becos of no ST jst soul attraction. I mean she meant it that way. But if we talk Abt other dramas of tjc, like lmlmv n LyF, didn't his ckts had a lot of ST going on with fls? The script was original not frm any famous novel, so tencent won't take a risk to give huge budget to this type of drama where they don't know if it will succeed or not like tff was adaptation of famous popular novel so it was S+ level as it was supposed to be popular anyway. But dramas like this r risky. So it's reasonable it's A level.

There have been too many ML changes rumor in this one, last rumor I saw was steven zhang with seven tan in this n b4 that it was CiSha. Zlh is now old news. He has latest rumor of being in tigers sniff the rose drama with meng ziyi. Though even that seems to b spread by his agency. His agency works the most, in every drama they spread his rumors of being casted.
Anyway even I m curious about his next, but his agency is useless, they don't even spread many melons Abt his dramas, fake or not.
