I read the novel before watching this show n imagined miles wei as ji yuheng of novel though I wasn't able to imagine karlina while reading novel, but that's wat had disappointed me, if i wouldn't have read the novel i would like this drama but as I read i had high expectations n those expectations weren't met, hence the disappointment.

Novel was better than this adapted drama. Drama was boring, I dropped it after episode 21, even the death of MLs mother was downplayed compared to novel. Novel had more fun n romantic sizzling scenes, drama was low budget hence they didn't show their honeymoon in Bali which was the best part of the novel.

What is the douban rating of this drama? Is it out yet?

Good one time watch. It was thrilling till the end, though dragged n bit boring in between but the ending of all the bad guys was satisfying.

Just like u, I saw him in this show first, loved him so watched under the skin next. There is also lost you forever where he is 3rd lead but his ckt Xiang Lu is most loved ckt, if u don't want to watch whole show, u can watch only his scenes on YouTube.

Hope so, n hope it's a good drama with good actress and production house. 🤞

The rating here fell again! 😕 Hmmm the drama has become stagnant with story not moving forward much n becoming lil dragged, the different case solving has stopped completely n now it's only about yanle princess n protecting her against MiW. Another drama that started off so well but lost the plot somewhere in middle. If not for TJC even I would have dropped it by now. Sighh😓

It started off well but after episode 16 it went downhill n became lame. But starting episodes were very funny n enjoyable n i love mystery solving n cases. So it's 8.5/10 for me.

What? Susu is going to die? 🥲 Poor An xiuyi will b left alone then. I didn't see the preview, so I didn't know. Bt i don't think wkw is gonna die. In ending ost scenes, there is a scene where YM became sifang envoy or maybe head of sifang pavilion n wkw is seen besides him.

I don't understand what this man in white wants actually! He is now looking like a clown, trying to do many things but failing anyway, then changing plans n trying to do something else all the while trying to be intimidating 🤣 plus there's this invisible Long Tuqi who no one has even seen till now, how to take him n man in white seriously? 🤣

Dramas that have been announced of TJC or anyone else? If u r saying for anyone else, For now I saw that chen feiyu finished his one modern drama n got another one with dilireba booting ceremony done too, i knw he has his father's backing that's y keeps getting dramas inspite of his scandal. So i kinda felt sad, y can't TJC get such dramas with A list actress soon.

Is there any melon of him in S+ costume drama? Becos looking at his recent popularity, he should have got an offer already. But I haven't seen any melon of him in high budget dramas recently n that makes me sad😕

That's true, it's becos of the looks only originally. Like in LYF, XY also wasn't raised as a princess but the scene where she ascends as princess, she looked elegant n had an aura of princess immediately. That's wat i was talking abt here. It's obviously becos of elegant look of the actress only.

Some of the games looks damn scripted, I mean how come anyone would even remember the dialogues of a drama by looking at jst the picture of a scene!! Maybe it's all about memorizing power, maybe the members r shown the answers, the one who has better memory memorizes them perfectly n answers.

Neither was Ah shilan raised as one. I m talking about the appearance here. In the scene where in sifang pavillion both r standing side by side in princess attire, look at the difference. Ah shilan looked like a real princess, Ah Shu didn't.

Sorry to ZYR fans but I found Ah Shu not graceful enough or fit as a princess. Ah shilan looked more graceful and fit as a princess than Ah Shu, ZYR doesn't have an aura of a princess.
