Lol, if that was the criteria to release the dramas soon, all artist would have been doing that to make their dramas get released for whatever reason they r withheld since years. Also for ur info, JCT is global brand ambassador for many high ended products, like de beers, Rado, Hogan, MK to name a few. He has total 24 endorsements rn, these all could have been more than enough to throw money at tencent to start this drama, but that's not how it works in cent!

I m on episode 14 n so done with this feng lin b*tch. N I came here to ask when her ckt gets exposed n gets her karma but I see in comments that the show is ending today n she is still there n will be till the end annoying the sh*t out of us!! Btw kudos to the actress portraying her for making us hate her so much. The last ckt I only remember i got annoyed n hated so much was liu xueyi ckt "Hao Chen" in love n redemption. Like he will remain in the top rank for me becos i watched that show 2 years ago n still can't remember anyone else I would have hated so much while watching a drama. Thinking about him still makes me feel Feng lin is nothing n ranks way below him n so i tolerate her😹

I scrolled on X this dramas hashtag a few days back but I didn't see many people talking about it, like they do with other overhyped (acc to me only) but average dramas of their biases. But whatever clips I saw I kinda liked the vibes n then even avenue x praised this drama, n knowing her likes n dislikes nowadays match with mine, i definitely made it to my watchlist.

It can also be for the fact that the FL is not popular with international cdrama fans, so people don't wanna give this drama a try.

By Fighting scenes I thought she meant actual war scenes fighting since his first look was also dressed as war general. Anyway, i hope we do get as both had photoshoots in war costumes.

Well since tencent still promotes them occasionally I have hopes n don't care about the production company's dead weibo.

Just started watching this since yesterday n it's so good n comforting that I finished watching first 6 episodes in one go! I hope it continues being this good n comforting till the end. I so love it but it's very underrated here seeing such low rating n such less number of viewers here. Anyway it's successful where it matters n that's that!

Not talking about JC crumbs but this drama crumbs 😹 JC doesn't let us go hungry, master Xie does.

That can't be called war scenes. War scenes means big battleground with horses n many people shown fighting with swords n spears.

Novel had no fight scenes described as such. There's a war but it was not described in detail, only in few lines. I hope they include the war scenes properly unlike the novel. But tbh I m sceptical about so many things seeing the number of episodes reduced to 32! It feels it's not enough☹️ let's see n hope they make it better than the novel.

I was more scared from Gusha while reading the novel n so when he died early i felt quite relieved as if some main villain died n now the rest of them r not that scary🤣
