i'm not the biggest fan, especially when there really didn't need to be a time skip. i'd rather them take a few minutes to progress through that time skip so we can see parts of the character's lives during... but as long as they follow the original story, there's no way of getting around the time skip. but also, in the manhwa, they did go back and show what the characters were doing during the time that was skipped so hopefully if it's brought into the series, they'll also show what they were up to in the years that passed.
it does but it also does a time skip which i know some people aren't fans of but it makes sense for the story. i can't say anything else without giving spoilers.
i decided to read the manhwa while waiting for ep 5 to air, just finished it last night... it reminds me so much of a shoulder to cry on. the dynamic between both couples, their circumstances and personal relationships are all so similar and i really loved a shoulder to cry on. there are tons of differences between the two series and their original manhwas, there's also a ton of things that have been left out of the series so far but i'm not complaining. there are some things to come that i'm fine with being left out, as well. but i am so excited to watch the rest of the series ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
this series is so good? like i came into it knowing nothing, i just saw some gif sets made on tumblr and i was like, you know, might as well? and i am so pleasantly surprised with how good this is????
okay wait, so one speaks thai and the other speaks korean. and they just have conversations with each other, their responses in their own respective languages... and they both understand what the other is saying? this is just wild to me. even if the actors don't speak the other language, make them still speak it y'know? it'd make more sense, if the characters understood both languages, just to speak in one singular language than have them speak their home country's language in conversation. i'm only just starting the second ep so idk if this changes but dang man, this is a wild concept for me.
I don't know why people don't like this movie so much, I thought it was pretty good. sure it wasn't super scary and I only jumped at one scene but it was still good.
