I think this guy cant act at all. I mean he killed 2nd half of Legend drama. So every drama of him i watched and after few episode i dropped. The sad thing is he is getting too many oppourtunities to punish us with his bad acting skills

He has to be number one star in china. Why xioa zahn and xukai ? both cant act. Cheng yi has style that is working.

Angela baby killed this drama single handedly by forcing herself into every fight scene. Unbelievably annoying. Was it director decision or angela baby. Her role as useless side actor who gets pampered by ML for reasons unknown. She always get into fight scene to avoid her skills as an actor. she just cant act romance. she just dont have it. she is good second lead for sure. Only fools cast her as Female lead. Someone has to tell the truth as i dont want to see her as Female lead.

drama is decent if they remove that angela baby. for me she killed the drama singlehandedly.

Who to blame? I always put responsibility on lead actor/actress and director.

Weak director go with what ever lead actor and actress do. Strong director make the lead into role players then it will work.

Any drama pre 2017 is normally good. I put romance but u can put family

No need to put family romance because some time romance is underneath.

Family -Brilliant Heritage is one. Actually there are many many i watched
One issue with family drama is its long. Meaning slow plot and slow going and but its best is middle portion. You know the end.

We all humans miss something in our brain. We fill that void by watching specific drama that brings out emotion in ourself.

some how i feel sacrifice in romance and heroine adulation and children missing and they meet after long time. Because those are the emotion that you dont see every day. Chaebol romance also because its more like cindrella style. Hero saves the day.

One way i watch family drama is this. i dont have patience for watching the setup. I normally jump to 5th episode. And start watching from there. when u have above 100+ episode you know first 10 episode is prologue.

This drama is decent if you remove angela baby. She is just not a good actress in romance setting.

Lead actress angela baby was annoying. I mean always first to go to fight and lose. its everything to do with energy. They compensate their acting by doing something physical. They want to be part of something physical than standing and talking.

Let me spell out why this drama failed. Dilraba was fine when she was flirting as a anle but she went back to her usual acting style of looking at the invisible wall. She is barely an actor with that style. She give the look of give me the damn money and i go act in another drama. One of the trick she plays is that you cant criticize her as bad actress. She just bare minimum work so that you cant use the word she is bad. She also dont work hard because she does not have to. Even she acts well , her drama will never going to be super successful. But if she is Second female lead , it could be super successful. Because she really cant carry the drama. I dropped all of her drama where she was female lead except one. Flames daughter. Mainly because male leads carried the drama

i like the old korean family romance drama. cant seems to find any that fits that nowadays. Kdrama land stuck with netflix because of big pay day. When your country is plantation worker , you have no choice to decide. Netflix will never make family drama because they are against family setup

This drama fizzled out after 15 episode. Its a drag from then onwards. It started well but once palace mystique gone.. it was patch up story nonsense. ending is bad also. It is probably 7 for me. 7.9 is too high

i dropped all korean dramas. They all lack something nowadays. i did liked shadow detective and stranger series.

I really dont like any of netflix produced drama. Hollywood style just dont have the authenticity

I thought thid drama will flop without famous lead actor but she held her own end. may be she picks good director? Anyway drama is decent. she acts well.
