I like the female lead. There is not one scene she was hesistant. She was smooth.

Those are absolute trash. Only his fans like. I dont know the reason. The guy cant act.

Not really. Because he always bad dramas. In drama list , his drama showed up. I wondered why people keep giving him chances. May be he is popular with some crowd. People are not idiots. They milk his popularity. But his dramas are trash

He was second lead in Yanxi Place. It suited well. I have no complaint if he is second Male lead. As main Male Lead he lacks the presence.

First time i see this Female lead. She looks like expert actress. Smooth.

To be successful drama , lots of thing has to go away. Story, Directing, Acting , Production etc.

Then why blame Xukai you may ask?

Because he do not do his job. Sure not everyone talented actors. But you have to improve your acting skills. But he has not.

He has to do minimum amount of acting. he need to speak dialog properly and make it look real.

He always rush from A to B.

If everyone around him act very well then drama can succeed. He just cant carry any drama on his own

Its impossible. I mean xu kai cant act. May be his light acting is your needs then its ok i guess. People look for different things. For me he cant create a scene.

He lacks presence. its not like he is not getting good script. He just dont act that well to make me remember.

i still cant forgive he screwed up 2nd half of legend drama.

Then every drama he was fl was flop. Unless FL is very strong actress and every one around him act well to compensate.

he is too light weight actor to be male lead.

I did finish fast forward to last episode aired... i probably wacthed 10 min total. Drama has no weight.

This drama has bad director. 8.1 is way to high . its just missing something. Lack of proper flow.

Oh someone has to tell the truth here...fans are clueless.

First time i saw xukai is that he was prince ( second female lead). It worked for him.
But when he was Male Lead in legend.... First half was adrenaline rush....2nd half was ML and it went to to deflated balloon state.

One of main reason is that he cant really talk. So he was a walking zombie and basically unwatchable 2nd half.

Then watched many of his drama few episode then dropped. Because he just dont have charisma for actor.

Pretty face can buy you more drama but people soon get tired of it.

They can dress up this pig all they want , it wont work. He is also born in year of pig.

Elon musk is born in year of pig. Aggressive and show incredible confidence.

But issue in drama land is that you have to do the talking more. He just dont have the skill.

All of his drama will be failure. He could play 2nd FL role or Play a role where two Male lead. But he has to be 2nd fiddle.

Example role is Doc role in wyatt movie.

XUKAI kills dramas. He is not even an actor. I started to see they are using him as a hot commodity than actor.

They caste people who are popular and waste everyones time

I always look out for good drama. Very rarely you find decent human acted drama. so now i am switching to animation.
1) A Record Of Mortal's Journey To Immortality 3th Season started now. ( if you have not watched this , start from season 1. It is probably best chinese animation drama ever). It almost like real person acting.

It is directed well and also animation company did fantastic job
2) Legend of xianwu ( not bad at all. very watchable)
3) Soul of light ( same animation company of record of mortal journey)
