I think some of you need to get in the habit of watching certain shows with the expectation that you need to suspend reality and leave your personal morals at the door. The entire premise of the show is frankly ridiculous. Some of you are going on a tangent about how morally depraved the characters are when the story basically tells you that. At every given point it has shown how morally grey both the ML and FL are. This show is not meant to be serious for heavens sake. If you find yourself morally outraged by the premise perhaps it’s not the show for you.

How did she mistreat her husband? She was a good wife to him to the point where she even accepted abuse from his mother. In return he was having an affair the entire time and set her up to go to prison. He took her child from her and married another woman. Not to mention the whole murdering her mother. I was not a fan of how the FL was written cause she’s meant to be smart but kept doing stupid things but you can’t say she was not good to her husband. Also, they didn’t give us the background on her and the ML’s relationship so we have no idea why they broke up. Somehow you managed to turn the evil husband into some kind of victim. crazy.

I always think it’s entirely stupid when someone doesn’t have the full information and they align themselves with corrupt people who are possibly unloved themselves to target another person. Is it too much to ask that if you are seeking revenge you should at least be 100 percent sure your target is guilty.

What do we have to do to get Korean writers to leave the continent of Africa alone? Anytime they mention Africa they discuss it like it’s a country and it’s always in the context of some kind of volunteer trip. They use the same tropes and yellow filters to push the same images as the western movies/shows. 2024 and they refuse to progress when it comes to accurately depicting other cultures.

I’m so happy she killed him. The whole time he was talking I actually thought she would grab the glass from her son’s picture and stab him in the neck. The car worked fine as well. I truly don’t understand how that man was legally able to avoid any punishment. You can drive recklessly, hit a child, and abandon the child and not serve a single day of prison. I’m starting to understand why there are so many vigilante justice dramas. The public trashing her house and calling her a murder in the trailer for the next eps. is crazy as well. Your justice system just let a child murder run free to pick up cake and you want to be mad that a grieving mother did what she had to do. I think they might go the why women kill route. In that show the husband was having an affair and the mistress left the door open on her way out. The husband was entirely too suspicious when she returned. He might be having an affair and the mistress went out the back and left the door open. I just hope that it’s not the home girl cause I’m paranoid it’s always the friend/sister in these type of dramas. For sure that lady across the street is suspicious. She knows something or saw something. we shall see.

Yea there’s a big difference unless they put him in high school. Most people don’t mind age gaps as long as they are both adults. Not a high schooler with a backpack and a school uniform in every episode.

I’m sorry but who greenlit this drama? We are gonna create a show about a bipolar woman who is drugged and raped by her best friend’s dirt bag boyfriend. The type of drug the culprit uses leaves the victim with no memory. The FL will get pregnant from that assault and believe that the child’s father is her husbands. The husband finds out he is not the father and begins to emotionally and mentally torture his wife by starting an affair with her best friend and gaslights her. Obviously, that’s not enough torture for the female lead. She gets betrayed by her best friend who is in fact a vile, dispicable, pathetic woman who believes that her friend getting raped got in the way of her perfect life. Mind you her boyfriend based on that elevator scene was a repeat offender. This man admitted to drugging women on the regular with no care in the world. This is the man the best friend wanted to create a future with. Any sane woman would thank the heavens that they would not have to be tied down do such an awful person but not this lady. She decides to take revenge against her friend and essentially start murdering the people around her including her husband. I hope we never see a storyline like this again. Nobody wants to see a rape victim getting abused for being raped. I hope something happens to that boyfriend and a report is done detailing all his victims and that stupid woman see that.

yea and not telling him about finding the recording devices in his clinic until mid trial is wild as hell. Imagine, you find evidence like that and somehow you fail to share that? If it’s not anything crazy it’s one of those situations where he hates seeing his friend succeed compared to his own life.

I think the case was solved quickly because I don’t think the show is meant to be a murder mystery. In almost all healing dramas they always throw in a murder and it becomes the central focus point of the whole show. I’m glad they didn’t go that route and will instead focusing on them healing and growing as people. I don’t think every storyline needs a million different plots going at the same time. I can’t wait to see what they do next in the story. I would love to see the 4 doctor friends working together. Also that friend is mad shady. He was way too nervous in court and is praying on the downfall of the ML.

Watching episode 18 and the FL’s mother is actually deranged. Based on the scenes we saw from the past it looked like he was 13-15 when he had that dispute with his teacher. Harboring a grudge against a child when you were not even the referee during his match is crazy. I’m not aware of the context yet for why he ran off like that but basing his entire character off of something he did as a child is very difficult to understand. My heart broke for the ML when he tried to greet the mother and she responded so disgustingly. Also the sister is bad vibes as well. Her and the mom speak in the same condescending tone. I’m not gonna lie the FL actually annoyed me in this episode. You just saw your mother essentially humiliate and dismiss your boyfriend and you decide to be all in your feelings about nothing instead of comforting and apologizing to him. They always write the FL’s to be childish and terrified of even the most remote physical affection. instead of establishing their boundaries verbally like grown adult they spend half the season jumping anytime the ML gets too close for comfort.

I never said the FL didn’t make mistakes. Both of them behaved inappropriately at different times. He was neglectful during the first episodes while she was attentive. However, she was bad at commmunicating her needs effectively to the ML. Neither of them should have been entertaining other people and going to hotels period. You guys are the ones that turned this into a weird gender war when it’s suppose to be a representation of how a relationship of 13 years can break down. If you are sitting around trying to determine who was worst and who did what you are missing the point of the show.

Well if the shoe fits…. it’s called internalized misogyny read up on it.

People are complaining so much like someone has tied them to a chair and is forcing them to watch this show every week. If it’s so garbage why not move on and find something new to watch? It’s very clear that a lot of you can’t handle dramas with different themes and cover topics like couples possibly cheating, not communicating effectively, struggling to move on etc… Contrary to the incels in the comments the FL has not moved on when it’s clear she’s stagnant in her life and spends all day dreaming and thinking about the ML. The problem is that they haven’t had closure and refuse to communicate honestly with each other.

Are you okay? She’s only in the business of people who hire her to help with getting divorced. Also did you forget her ex-husband and mother in law set her up to go to prison where he divorced and took her son from her. Not to mention he literally murdered her mother. So she has every right to ruin his life. This is a revenge drama.

I don’t think the ML is the father. I think they broke up and she started dating her ex-husband. The ML and her wanted to get back together but she found out she was pregnant with her ex-husband’s baby. That’s probably the only reason she decided to go through with the marriage in the first place. It wouldn’t make sense for it to be his baby because she clearly wanted to be with him so why would she marry someone else while carrying his child?

Yea, for example I found myself really sympathizing with that older couple. The wife essentially spent her entire life serving a man that didn’t see her as a human. She never even experienced a kiss with him. However, with that other man she was for the first time able to experience, romance, desire, love etc… really made me reflect.

it’s actually not true. Both of them cheated. He was cheating on her emotionally and had feelings for the neighbor and was spending afternoons with her while their spouses were at work. She cheated on him physically by sleeping with her ex-boyfriend after they had an argument. She blackmailed the neighbor and she ended up actually paying her off which confirmed her suspicion that they had something going. Two cheaters just cheating in a different way.

So one was cheating emotionally and the other cheated sexually but spent half the drama taking advantage of other cheaters. They were a toxic couple and getting divorced was the right decision. Hopefully that ending was just physical and doesn’t mean they would get back together. Of course the usual suspects are in the comment section boohooing about the unfair depiction of men and constantly excusing the emotional cheating he was doing through the series. The show depicts different forms of cheating. He was emotionally entangled with another woman to the point of developing feelings whilst she resorted to the sexual component of cheating. Both disgusting and inappropriate behavior for a married couples. Which is worst is truly up to you to decide. Some people can come back from it when it’s simply sex whilst others draw the line at emotional cheating where feelings develop and vise versa.

So Min Hye is literally my girl crush. what a BAD B. She eats in every scene. If Bale can survive being shot, stabbed and an explosion my girl can survive a few bullets. She needs to live!!!. I don’t really understand why any organization would want someone like Bale. Not that they care about civilians but he just brings entirely way too much attention to the group. He should have been persona non grata after that court case accusing him of killing civilians. Jinman should have left the group after that. You only have two members that are loyal to you and the rest of them are psychos that are just as bad as the people they are suppose to hunt. I can’t wait to see how this gets wrapped up.

Tbh, for him it’s like that in every drama. it was at its worst in Itaewon class. I thought that he made an enemy out of the makeup crew or something. The foundation/power is either way to white and not properly blended or too greasy looking. Not to mention the lipsticks they use are just to obvious and too bright. The ML is a good actor so it’s sad that they keep doing him like this.
