I feel the same. She is a very sweet and loving character, but she is just not a survivor. If she has to fight dirty to win, she will lose every time.

Today is a prime example of why I even though I like BFY, she irritates me. She is not a survivor. Her morals are more important than the grit you need to get out of a bad situation. Does she think WJG will be proud because she chooses to freeze to death instead of receiving help from the enemy? Anyway, this only solidifies my point that if Mo Xi had been honest with her about WJG and the love letter, she would have refused and married into the Wu family.

I don't mind a lead that has flaws, just as long as overall they are a likable character. I still really like Mo Xi.

IKR. They were doomed because of all the actions taken by the Wu family and then later by his mom. They both tried but everything was against them.

I agree, but I think she would be thankful to Mo Xi yet still wouldn't want her as a daughter-in-law, because of her background.

Yes, we are both team Mo Xi. I have avoided sad dramas this year, but I'm going to try to see this one though. Try 😂😂

When it comes to Mo Xi and her sister I'll just say this, actions speak louder than words. Yes, she was upset and was selfish with her love but when push came to shove, she did not interrupt the wedding when she thought about doing so. I like BFY, after all she is a gentle and loving person, but Mo Xi is still my favorite character so far.

I totally agree. I said before so far CW has actually saved her more than anyone else so far. She always puts herself out there to save others, so she needs a man who will do that for her. I like WJG but when her mother protested Mo Xi's background, he caved in knowing their relationship was doomed from the beginning. CW doesn't care about her background.

I hear you everything happening to both of the FLs is unfair, but if Mo Xi had not intervened from the beginning, she would have been married off to the abusive Wu family. Moxi asked for help and CWD was the one to come up with the idea. I'm just not willing to paint Mo Xi as the bad guy here because the real blame goes to the family who keeps making their lives miserable. This is hard to watch, but the series is so good I can't stop watching lol.

OMG!! I just watched episode 14 and how crazy! I had a little suspicion of the dad, but I thought nah it can't be him. I was wrong! I can't wait to see what happens next. This is such a good mystery.

I don't care what anyone says Mo Xi is my favorite character on the show, flaws and all. Initially it wasn't her plan to marry BFY to WJG, but she went along with it because she didn't want to see her sister in a life of misery. If she told her sister the truth at the time, she would not have gone along with deceiving the Wan family. She's made so many sacrifices for others so far, risking her own life without an extra thought. Should she tell her sister the truth now, yes but she lacks the courage to hurt her because she wants to be selfish with the man she loves. Like the old saying goes, she's between a rock and a hard place but of her own making. Even though she is making mistakes her heart is in the right place. However, with the way things are headed she is about to be thrown into an even worse position. The men she cares about are at war and she's right in the middle. This is hard to watch, but I just can't stop watching. Oh, there is going to be so much deception and pain.
