I think Sol could have waited a little more as Sunjae had a chance to recover and to find the killer in future,or atleast investigated about his location,motives and target (as he will get out from prison in future. So it's doesn't matter if he gets arrested, he will target Sol in future this time and Sunjae might get hurt again to save Sol).........
