I hate Mu Ran Wu. But seeing their backstory it reminded me of "ARCANE" and somehow I really felt bad for her❤️🩹 . If she was not selfish she would be one of the most tragic character . From her viewpoint her sister cared for others more than her , so her spirit root got destroyed. She lived in MQG's shadow, others saw her as burden and the person she loves has feelings for MQG .... I would love to see a female lead in her shoes, who can make different choices and find happiness! 💔🌿❤️🩹
The heart curse wasn't a complex curse. It could be broken by 1) the caster's forgiveness or desire to nullify the curse 2) achieving higher cultivation level. When raran made the red elixirs she genuinely desired to break the curse of SYS.. and so, the curse broke ..
You'll not understand what actually happened until ep 8. (The legend was a lie ) , I will suggest you to watch a few more episodes and if it still doesn't hook you feel free to drop it . We all have different preferences so maybe it's not your cup of tea .
