I think another way to look at this drama is the princess and LTG are the actual main characters of a story and this drama is about the side characters of that story. They don't have plot armor to protect them and paved the way for the growth YY and LTG

they really like to hate him for everything. he's never even hidden his smoking before. They're really making him out to be some entertainment industry boss while mocking him for being a street performer pre-debut. make it make sense!!

Nah he wasnt talking about himself bc even during haodu era he's been called ugly. He was talking about a phenomenon in the industry where acting is not the most important for a role to become popular in costume drama. Mainly looks and character and "ok" acting are enough which is sad truth 🫤

its fake. the actors confirmed its fake. It's probably an earlier draft. And its getting annoying cuz ppl are using it like an original novel to judge how the drama goes.

He's not the conventional type of handsome guy but is definitely not ugly. Once u "get" his visuals you'll find him very attractive, especially his eyes. In a lot of his dramas I feel he has more presence than the main. His voice is also superb both in singing and voice acting. Hope his career continues to rise
