This is so cute! The female and male leads are good looking and great at acting. Their chemistry is top-notch. I really like the female lead, Tu Zhiying she always has great chemistry with her male leads. If you enjoy Xianxia dramas this one is short, fun and will leave you with a happy feeling 😊
Really short and fun drama! The ML is gorgeous ❤️ The little boy is such a cute actor. The FL is great too! I laughed every time there was a product placement especially in episode 3 when the FL just woke up in the hospital and immediately used that product! 😂
I have so much to say about this drama I even wrote a whole paragraph! But eventually, I decided to keep it short. I have a love-hate relationship with the story. However, I do recommend it to all fans of fantasy and mythology. Without a doubt, this is a masterpiece
Just stumbled across this drama on iQIYI, and wow what a hidden gem! I had zero expectations going in (hadn’t even heard of it before), but it totally caught me by surprise. If you're into fantasy dramas, definitely give this one a shot.
I usually stick to mainland Chinese dramas, so maybe that’s why this flew under my radar. But honestly, it deserves way more attention.
Also, the soundtrack? Absolutely stunning. One of the best OSTs I’ve heard in a drama. Even if the show doesn’t catch your eye right away, I highly recommend checking out the music.

I watched 《為活命，每天穿到他的寢宮吸龍氣》 (also known as “She Actually Extended Her Life by Absorbing the Emperor’s Dragon Energy”). The FL is beautiful, and overall it was such a fun short drama! 😁

I miss that drama and my favorite divine characters so much. I don’t know why this drama has stayed with me for so long maybe because I’m emotionally attached to the characters and the choices they made🤧❤️. It really left a lasting impact on me.
I’ve never skipped parts as much as I did with this drama lol and it’s already a short drama! So I don’t even know if my comment qualifies haha.
Let’s start with the good stuff: loved the cinematography, and the costumes So pretty, Acting was on point too. Even though I skipped parts, I 100% caught second male lead syndrome lol❤️. He’s so handsome and genuinely loved the FL. The last two episodes totally broke my heart for him 💔😢 ML is also good looking and did a solid job.
Now the story... I don’t even know why I couldn’t get into it. I’ve watched tons of dramas with similar plots, but this one just didn’t pull me in. Still, the cast carried it well! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on the SML he’s good!
Would I recommend it? Only if you really have nothing else to watch lol. Who knows, maybe you’ll catch SML syndrome too! 😆
The male lead, Lin Feng Song, is one of those people who gets more attractive the more you look at him haha. Loved his eyelashes! 🤭
