I think you got me wrong. I meant to say that there are many good medical theme series already; in fact, there are many popular medical theme series that came out this year and previous year, so this series might face competition. For ex. Dr. Slump, Famkily by Choice, Daily Dose of Sunshine, Doctor Cha, Dr. Romantic Season 3, Fireworks of My Heart, etc.

Well, Mark Twain's books has been a part of my childhood, especially the Prince and the Pauper book. So it was easy for me to realize about half of what will happen in the series. TBH, the reason I'm planning to watch this series is the fact that its inspired by that book.
