A lot of people have pointed out the obvious - why doesn't Nan confess?

Party could've played Phu and Nan against eachother, and it wouldn't be difficult, given Phu and Nan's spectacular communication skills. Just saying. Plenty of people would've "divide and conquer" the situation, and enjoyed the spoils. Or at least tried to. So what if he followed Nan. To me it was an annoying, definitely unwelcome and clumsy move, but not dishonest.
