I want to say some really mean stuff but I'll just say that if AI replaces an actor's job (or any) should be his first because this isn't that Humans think they are exceptional on the contrary Humans are trying to preserve art as our form of expression that holds soul (and most importantly keep jobs to survive and preserve the environment). He just seems so passive about it I will definitely not be watching any future works with him in.
I didn't like it the leads are beautiful appearence wise but the script lacked to me (they could have done so much with this premise with the story) but I should have dropped it earlier on. Maybe I when in with too high expectations based on the first episodes. I didn't like the build-up and the ending we got but anyway for some it was a hit for me a miss.
I heard she's now casted in a new drama with Ao Rui Peng (one of the actor's who work I like) in upcoming drama.…
I know right I don't know either what's happening but she's like 17 that's too young in my opinion to be paired up with who's 28 like Neo or 30 like ARP. I'm glad to hear that I'd be up for him working with them but actually now that you mention Bai Lu I really did like them in Moonlight Mystique if they decide to have them work together again I'd be up for that lol. I hope he gets a good script with an actress that's more age appropriate for him and a good choice.
ML starts off as a badass psycho killer with a heart of gold, he's mysterious and charismatic. Then they take…
That's pretty much it. They have poor execution of the story they are handling. I thought it weird too that she sent him back but then when after him anyway and they are acting like normal again. I think they have the right ingredients (good premise, good actors, good settings) but bad skills at using them.
Yes I hope they do fix it and give us something good this remaining episodes.
I think in terms of plot their trip to the void and even the time the ml was a spirit made no sense because they…
Thank you for articulating it in a way I could not . I agree completely you made excellent points and we are already more then 1/2 through too kind of a waste.
I don't know I really like the premise and how it was started even the fact they traveled to the Void but there is something missing. I can't figure out maybe it's because I feel like it's not building tension or up to a big conflict right so far....Also the FL is fantastic but she is OP so I never feel anything is truly at stake. I feel kind of disappointed but at the same time I'm hoping there will be a point of climax or that this story is going somewhere. I don't know if I articulated that well. On a positive note the leads are nice looking and charismatic.
The Official trailer now has more then 150k views ๐พ๐๐๐๐let's go for higher. Anyone who is interested…
I didn't even know a trailer was released until I came to check here for any news. But now that I have watched it this series looks so promising just as I thought it's going to be a ride. Just curious do you know if the series is based on a novel or original script?
It's funny I have a hate and love relationship with this show. I like the characters and the premise so much(adore it actually) but I feel like the story could be written a bit better (the storyline is kind of weak or they lack a bit of skill of showing depth). I'm not going to drop it but on one hand I feel like they did a good job but on the other I expected more. I've only seen Dilireba in TLB as a FL I really like her here and she looks beautiful with the different looks. As for ML I saw him in LAP but I didn't connect with that character but here he's character is so endearing (but I would have liked his character to be explored more for substance). The show is not over so my opinion could change so far I want to see what happens so I'm staying tuned.
I'm more of a casual watcher (I'm not active in bl fandoms or keep tabs on what is going to air etc.) I do watch bl from time to time (or try out shows based on word of mouth or if they pique my curiosity) and let me just say I haven't been this happy about an announced release since chinese drama Eternal Faith (which will probably never ever air). I watched My Stand In and I needed more but atlas I found that was their only show together so I just backed off. Now that this series has a definite release date I have to say I'm stoked for this one. The boy who played Ming is a real good actor I look forward to his performance the most. The other boy who played Joe I think that he is convincing as a heart of gold character but I wanted to see more oomph from him (I hope to see that here). I love the mature vibe the poster and the teaser give off but yet there is also a freshness. I haven't been this excited for a bl since 2023 so I can't wait for the first episode to be released.
Same here! Iโve tried watching other recently released cdramas, but I just couldnโt bring myself to finish…
Agreed especially with your last sentiments the episode count on these series are 30+ that is a big time investment (I have been guilty of being a completionist but now I'm more picky due to not wanting to waste my time). If a drama doesn't pull me in 5 episode in I drop it.
The FL really is the shining star to me. I just loved her acting so natural and she was neither too aloof or too childish . I really loved the FL and really watched for her. ML wasn't bad and I have no problem with the way he looked whatsoever but he was a typical of a ML of these dramas so no complains really (As for ML being too pretty I like a man who is pretty but masculine oops I think I'm getting too personal but how is that a bad thing if I had my way ML would always be that type lol). I loved the costumes and setting (snowy). I think it's a good drama. No drama is without flaws and it does have some storyline wise but overall it was pretty solid drama I recommend to give it a try.
Yes I hope they do fix it and give us something good this remaining episodes.
