A great drama♥♥
A great drama that touches the soft underbelly of society, and I was even more surprised that the story is based on a true story, perfect casting of the actors, perfect acting by Ji Chang Wook, such a talented actor, who doesn't need much text, he simply has a phenomenal ability to convey a range of emotions in his facial and eye expressions. It's true that there are violent scenes in the film, but they are asked to enhance the plot. The plot reminds me of the scandal of "Burning Sun" | (2019) in Seoul, which involved politicians, celebrities, police officers, lawsuits/prosecutors, trafficking in women, drug use and trafficking, corruption, sexual favors. And it all happened in a nightclub for friends only. It's true that the first two episodes are a bit confusing, but in the following episodes the picture becomes clearer.
Great soundtrack
Perfect direction
And as I said, perfect casting
A drama worth watching

A great drama♥
A great drama, and there is no doubt that the drama deserves all the awards it has recently won. Perfect casting of two actresses that I really like .. A drama that touches, among other things, on the right balance between private life, family and work, the power and empowerment of women and the friendships that are built between them. It has monologues and wise sentences that can be used in life. The drama revolves around divorce issues and various reasons that led to divorce/arrangement or compromise, painful betrayals, relationships between parents and children, abuse (physical, verbal and financial).. A drama that kicks in the soft stomach of those who have experienced divorce proceedings and child abuse on the one hand, and on the other hand sensitivity to the needs of children in divorce proceedings. .... A wonderful soft and gentle soundtrack .. In between there is a small love story in the background .. Highly recommended drama 10/10

I really enjoyed the drama
I really enjoyed the drama, and I don't understand why its rating is so low. The apparent drama begins and is defined as a comedic drama, although it has comedic parts but at the same time it has messages on so many topics such as dealing with breast cancer, self-esteem, fulfilling dreams, emotional abuse, the cost of living, fraud, escaping from reality through excessive drinking, Choosing between family and coolness. And how much love and honesty can heal the soul.Great chemistry between the leads and perfect casting of the other actors, a great soundtrack, definitely a recommended drama
For me, her rating is 10/10

Wow!!! A drama that should not be missed♥
Wow!!! A drama that should not be missed even though it is already a decade old. It's a perfect drama, it's been praised here in the past over the years, (a decade!!) and I thought to myself what can I do to innovate and still express my opinion..so what doesn't/does it have that makes it so good, successful and addicting. (Full disclosure, I did not read all the comments)
There is no trace of evil/corruption/chaebol vs middle class/jealousy or a love triangle to be fought over (as is customary in classic dramas)
It has beyond perfect casting and talented and beautiful actors who are so natural and not made up on a plastic level) depth, witty texts, wise sayings, it has healing and recovery, unconditional love between spouses and friends, inclusion, openness in the discourse about sexuality/love/traumas/health mental/sacrificing. I cried more in it than in Queen of Tears (Don't Kill Me), (it's in the style of "Kill me, heal me", "Hyde Jackal, I", "It's okay not to be okay") Don't panic, It also has funny (witty) parts. 10/10 and if possible even more..

A drama that is a must
I put off watching the wonderful drama for so long (following the great drama, Empress Ki, starring Ji Chang Wook that made me cry for many days) The Red Sleeve is the kind of drama that should not be missed mainly because it is based on real historical events. (It is impossible to escape from the tragic reality of that time) A drama with perfect casting, (the wonderful Lee Joon-Ho and Se Jung who conveyed in such a realistic way a range of emotions), superb acting. It's no surprise that the drama won so many awards. Personally, I recommend reading and watching historical dramas related to Prince Yi San to understand the mindset of the Red Sleeve. Was this review helpful to you?
love this drama♥
I really liked the drama, let's start with the perfect casting of the cast, it seems that Park Hyung sik just played his real life (you can see in fan meetings and interviews that this is his mindset) seriousness and maturity alongside childishness (they say that in every mature person, there is also a little child). The drama deals with healing and recovery, competition for achievements and success alongside failure and disappointment. friendship, and support. Insights that you get after crises (financial and mental), satisfaction in the face of fulfillment... a race for achievements in life where along the way you forget to enjoy the small things (sunset, going for a walk, enjoying nature from the blossoms and even eating ice cream) and the mental price that you pay because of the race for life. It is true that there are some childish scenes (not compatible with the model of a doctor) but they fit so well against the very sensitive subject of mental exhaustion and depression. I totally recommend watching the drama and examining it in depth and not superficiallyWas this review helpful to you?
great and heartwarming drama♥
Although this great drama is old (2016) but at the same time it can be said that it is suitable for any time.A drama with a perfect cast of actors, and great acting. She has everything. Romance, a bit of fantasy, although the fantasy in the drama is on the limit of what is possible, a kind of sixth sense), it has comedy, it has the support of a family in the face of family pecking, it has a charming and touching soundtrack (worthy of a playlist), it has healing and recovery, a recommended drama , it was not without reason that it received poor ratings, and the actors won awards for their performance.
And you also learn a thing or two from her, such as how to edit sound behind each movie/series, and how the actors used to look so natural without a huge amount of make-up (something that impressed me the most).
Recommended and heartwarming drama, it is impossible not to rate it 10/10

A sweet, realistic series
A sweet, realistic series about life, with no intrigue, corporate schemes, corruption, violence, or a romantic threesome that gets out of control. It has stories about life, love, betrayal, family life, marriage, raising children, fertility, pregnancy, parenting in general and single parenting, employment, neighborhood gossip and the use of social media as a platform for baseless shaming, diverse characters, each of the characters has a story that puts together a puzzle of society as a whole, a love story that gradually develops, and also characters that develop as the series progresses. Was this review helpful to you?
A sensitive and wonderful film
The film is a decade old, but at the same time, in terms of the plot, it is timeless, and it is true that it is supernatural, but at the same time the most sensitive and human, there is unconditional love in it. The casting is perfect, as is the soundtrack, and the film rightly received so many awards and praise. The actress Han Hyo Joo is wonderful and plays the role perfectly with a quiet and penetrating voice. I highly recommend it 10/10. I also recommend watching the drama of the same name, The Beauty Inside, which has the same great plot (instead of a man who changes characters every day, in the drama it is a woman who changes once a month, and falls in love with a man who has a disease that he does not recognize, (a disease that exists in real life) and how both of them do not give up on love and bridge the gaps. Was this review helpful to you?
Disappointment - plot and important issues but...
This drama had all the potential to be a high rated drama
The plot was great, it had topical and so important topics such as:
Infertility in men and women, postpartum depression, sacrifice, abandonment, employment problems, society's judgment of single parents (men and women), endometriosis and the consequences, the longing for children, a sharp criticism of the law forbidding sperm donation to single women or same-sex couples (which in many countries of the world no longer exists), healthy and open relations between mother and daughter.
The first episodes were great and promising, but... the plot lost its charm, and became exhausting, with irrelevant and childish background stories, (the one-sided love story in the office) the chemistry between the main characters was annoying to say the least, (passive aggressive) lovers break up and get back together again and again Breaking up..so disappointing, they are 40 years old and behave like children.
I don't regret seeing the drama because of its important themes, but at the same time towards the end I already wanted it to end, I would shorten the episodes and remove all the irrelevant clichés.

A great drama
A great drama, 12 exact episodes!! No episode is boring or unnecessary. It has everything a good drama should have.* Tension maintained throughout the episodes is maintained
* Comedic scenes.
* Falling in love and good chemistry between the characters
* Characters develop with the plot
* Additional exposure to the capabilities of Ai, artificial intelligence that is already "here and now"
Not futuristic and really not imaginative and not fictional at the same time also scary,
It is no secret that the capabilities of artificial intelligence can also be used by hostile institutions
and not immoral
* Perfect casting and one captivating and talented Chae Jong Hyeop.
* Sound track is perfect and suitable for the scenes..

A movie with wasted potential for an important topic AI
I was looking forward to the movie because of the actors/actresses and the plot, but I was very disappointed. The plot and the subject of artificial intelligence have a potential that is not reflected in the film (they should have made a series of at least 12 episodes)..Artificial intelligence is neither fantasy nor science fiction, it is the current and future reality of the world (personally I am afraid of artificial intelligence and not because I not technologically but from the dangers inherent in it if it reaches destructive governmental and private entities).
The plot was very confusing at first. (Less in the second part, but the film still suffers from many plot flaws) such as a lack of understanding of processes, which also resulted in the waste of talented actors who barely had screen time..
As for the soundtrack...the truth is I don't even remember maybe because my mind was busy analyzing the confused plot
*** And just for general knowledge, the actress Tang Wei (Chinese) is married to Kim Tae Yong who is the screenwriter and producer of the film

what did we have ??
So what did we have in this fantasy drama, there was a promising fantasy plot in the first ten episodes, funny with hints of a developing romance. A promising casting of talented actors, but at the same time, as the episodes continued, there was also an expectation of the development of the characters. Jin Sun Mi, remained melancholic throughout the drama, all she seemed to care about was whether Son Oh Kong would continue to love her after he took off the bracelet. In my opinion, the drama could have been shortened, there was no justification for making 20 episodes. (It gives the impression that the writer wanted to emphasize the characters of the women, as weak women who depend on men
I agree on one thing and it is also sad, and that is that humans bring about the destruction of the world because of a desire for power and control.
**** The effects were at a very moderate level.
A drama worth watching mainly because of the casting of the actors, the potential, and the funny parts

I quite enjoyed the drama
I quite enjoyed the drama and it is not clear why it is condemned and it receives such bad reviews, it is a bit like an American drama, it is true, after all, it is a Netflix production. I don't understand why the viewers should compare it to other dramas. I think that beyond the plot, (which is not bad at all) there are some difficult social criticisms in it, concerning the humiliating attitude of parents towards their children, the humiliating attitude of the rich towards the poor, the humiliating attitude of teachers towards students and the humiliating attitude of students towards students (and this is seen in many Korean dramas. They all bring everyone to the edge of their mental endurance.Maybe because I am also a mother of twins, the story touched a sensitive chord with me. ..it's also not clear why Netflix doesn't mean that in episode 7 after the subtitles there is another and very significant section for the end of the series ..that many viewers don't notice and think that the drama ends with the leading woman arriving at her mother's house?? The series had a great soundtrack, the actors were great...all in all, not a bad drama at all and since Netflix defined it as a "limited series", I guess there is no second season and it's a shame, because it was left with another murder that you can hardly understand who was murdered (perhaps on purpose) and the end open, and has the good man become the bad man?

one of the best historical kdramas
In my watch list, I have over 400 kdramas, of which at least 100 are historical, (with plots ranging from fantasy love stories to reality-based hysterics) This drama is one of the best historical kdramas I've watched (including Empress Ki being one of them) Amazing screen acting / perfect casting The actors did an amazing job especially the female lead. Jeon Jong Seo and Ji Chang Wook I knew he would never disappoint. I think everyone who complains about nudity scenes are people who are simply not used to this genre. Because this is far from your average historical kdrama. What was special about the drama was that it was historically based. The production was accompanied by a historian who made sure that the details were accurate, including amazing costumes. The production was so invested on an international level. I'm not sure why they made such a big deal out of the "sex" scenes (historically, that was the case). And that was also a tactic intended for the queen. The drama was accurate in terms of the number of episodes as well as its ending. The queen, who was historically strong, managed to keep the throne for a short period of time. It's true that there is violence in the drama, but it was also historically correct (the historical period was very cruel, that's a fact). In my opinion, a drama that deserves all the praise, for the casting, the soundtrack, the set... and of course Ji Chang Wook, who did not disappoint with a phenomenal performance. Was this review helpful to you?
