I agreed with you. Addicted 2016 is closely related to both novel 1 and novel 2. In novel 2 Xin Zi will join the army and will command hundreds of solders under him. I can’t imagine they make season 2 with Pop. I love Mac but he’s way too young and doesn’t suit the novel at all

Episode 8 was such a let down. Whoever edited this episode did a terrible job.

I love August and Mac, but hate the director, the editing and the annoying sound effect. What a waste of talented actors

So I just binge all episodes until 7am and was about to give it a 10/10 but was disappointed and confused at the end so drop my rating to 9/10.
Yu Xi Gu forgot his wallet and got into an accident, this was not explained? Was it a car accident? In the last episode it show Yu Xi Gu and Xiang Hao Ting sitting in a cafe. I just watched Jack O's Frost (Japanese BL) where the male lead got into an accident, and loses consciousness. Upon awakening, he had lost only the memory of his boyfriend. So in the cafe I assume Yu Xi Gu lost his memory?

However, then later it was revealed that Yu Xi Gu died in an accident by the ex-girlfriend.

3 things I’m confused about was the guy Xiang was sitting with.

1. Is it his doppelgänger or is it Xiang imagination?

2. Yu Xi Gu is still alive but lost his memory because in the last. 5 mins of the final episode, when Xu Xi Gu was talking to Sun Bo Xiang, he said I moved on but Yu Xi Gu stop moving on since he turned 18, so assuming that he lost memory at 18?

3. If we checked under both ML upcoming drama, I can see HIStory4: Make Our Days Count 2 (unconfirmed) so if there is a season 2 with the same actors then Yu Xi Gu didn't die?

They still live together in the same dorm. They can see still see each other during lunch and after school. He was being so dramatic and overreacted. Such a weak plot and disappointing ending

Go back to my list, I gave other dramas a perfect 10 without intimacy like Stay With Me for example. Like I said before I didn’t say TheOnlyOne was bad, it’s still a solid 7.5.

You rated TheOnlyOne 10/10 with a sex scene in front of a child which will traumatise him for life not in the drama but in real life as well. If you don’t want to listen to my rating then why ask for my favourite drama in the first place ?

It’s just transferring class, why is he so dramatic and overacted? It’s not like someone died. They still live together in the same dorm. After 12 episodes, I felt like nothing happened. Plot so weak. Way better BL out there.

I am not saying The On1y is bad but it's not perfect either. I give it 7.5/10.

I 100% agreed with you. I watched over 100+ BLs drama, I just think this one is overrated, after 11 episodes, nothing is happening and not a strong plot at all.
