On episode two right now. But why do I sense that there are going to be tonnes of sad scenes?
There are lots of sad scenes, but also plenty of happy ones, a perfect blend of both, which is why this series is amazing. I can’t wait for you to reach Episode 7; it’s my favorite one! Once you’ve watched it, please let me know your thoughts.
Mixed feelings, was Pin betrayed? Yes, Sasin was like an older brother... But I refuse to believe that she didn't…
I don’t want to spoil too much, but she wasn’t betrayed. Give it a few more episodes and you’ll probably start to hate her. She’s not Sasin’s sister, just his cousin, lost in her own delusion, trapped in a fantasy where she dreams of marrying a prince who never agreed, never even wanted to marry her. It was a forced arrangement by Prince's father, so there was never any real betrayal, only a love she imagined for herself.
Yes, it's a bit cliché too. But it seems you liked it anyways where it had a cringe effect on me.
I initially rated it a 10, but the second half started to feel a bit boring. I agree with you, the first half was definitely stronger, so I had to lower my score a little. I’m watching the finale soon, so we’ll see how it goes. I still like it, though, because we’ve never really had a sassy character in a historical series before. Honestly, if they had cut it down to 10 episodes instead of 13, it would’ve been much better.
Let me see if I can guess all the series you’re talking about:Love in the MoonlightI’m the Most Beautiful…
It was actually on my list at first, and I’m a bit sad that its finale is today too, but after seeing so many negative reviews, I decided not to add it, especially because I don’t want to start a war with some other users again. Still, it’s wild that five great shows all ended this week.
Episode 7 is my favourite episode, and same as you, I’d rewatch it in a heartbeat.Wow, what a coincidence that…
EPISODE 7 : A Paradise That Cannot Last
After more than 400+ BL dramas, I cannot remember the last time I counted the minutes for a new episode to arrive. I am not a morning person, yet this morning I rose at 7am, just to watch the 7th episode before leaving for work. It was over an hour long, and for the first time I began my day smiling, carrying that happiness with me until nightfall.
The cliffhanger from episode six promised their first kiss in the cottage. I was grateful it did not happen. No confession was spoken, and Prince Saenkaew, trembling in doubt, wondered if Sasin was serious or only joking with a fleeting night of desire. His heart withdrew in silence, and I was relieved.
Then Sasin spoke words like a poem that melted Prince’s guarded heart. “I don’t know why, I just want to see your face. Have you ever heard of this poem? The sun is shining bright during the day but without seeing your face, it suddenly gets dark. The moon is shining bright during the night but without seeing your face, my heart suddenly turns black”
Prince smiled shyly, unable to bear the weight of that love, and slipped away to bed. At dawn, when the two awoke side by side, their eyes met and the air was filled with unsaid devotion. Prince opened his eyes first, gazing upon Sasin’s perfect face. When Sasin stirred, their eyes locked, and Prince’s heart beat so violently he had to flee outside to breathe.
At the shore, love turned fragile. Prince spoke harshly, saying he would rather swim back than stay, and left. Sasin believed his words, and without hesitation threw himself into the sea, swimming desperately until he realised Prince was safe on land. Relief washed over him and he embraced Prince, trembling with fear.
Then came the confession that tore through silence. “I was afraid I had lost you. I have never feared anything more. In that split second when you vanished, I realised how deeply I feel for you. I love you, Saenkaew. I am happy when you smile, I ache when you hurt, I fall into sorrow when I cannot see you. I want to protect you, stay by your side, be lost in you. If this is not love, then love does not exist.”
Perhaps the most beautiful confession a BL series has ever given us.
Yet Prince hesitated. The memory of his mother’s death haunted him. The last time he confessed his heart in a letter, she discovered it and passed away. He is the only son, the heir, bound by family duty. His father would never accept, society would never accept. He believed he destroyed everyone who came near him.
But Sasin, gentle as the tide, whispered, “You are not hurting anyone. You are only being yourself.” And after what felt like a century, their lips finally met. A kiss born of longing, followed by their night in the cottage. Music swelled, the sea whispered, the simple wooden walls witnessed their love. Slowly they undressed, tenderly they touched. Sasin pressed a kiss to Prince’s forehead, then to his lips, until they became one.
The morning after, while wrapped in warmth, Sasin teased, “You have not told me you love me.” Prince smiled and answered, “Isn’t it obvious.” My heart dissolved again.
They fished together, climbed trees for coconuts, lived like children of the sea, untouched by the world. No family chains, no cruel society, only two hearts beating freely.
At night beneath the moon, Sasin told him his name meant moon, and Prince was the rabbit who belonged to it, just as he belonged to Sasin forever. The very story his mother once read to him when he was a child, now reborn in truth. The rabbit had found the moon, his soulmate, and they held each other beneath the silver sky.
The world, however, does not forgive. Many hate Prince’s father. I hate him too, yet I see both sides. He lost his wife, his only son is gay, and in the 1960s such love was a crime. As part of the royal family, exposure would bring ruin and danger. He wished to protect his son, but in the wrong way. I cannot forgive him, yet I cannot help but pity him.
When the boat arrived, Prince hesitated to return. Sasin whispered they could stay here forever, he would play music, and Prince could fish, just the two of them far from cruel eyes. Their time on the island was pure, the best gift of the series, lovers living only as themselves.
But the sea does not stay calm. The boat waits, and with it the storm.
Still rewatching Glorious Ep7: “ we can’t decide who we LOVE in this world or how our love should be like..…
Episode 7 is my favourite episode, and same as you, I’d rewatch it in a heartbeat.
Wow, what a coincidence that it came out on the Supermoon day! And if you look closely at the Love in the Moonlight series photo, there’s a white moon, you can actually see their shadows kissing each other.
Ok its allright but what the F I would never I mean never do anything like that to my sister come on how is this…
She’s not his sister, she’s his cousin. Keep watching, and you’ll uncover the truth. You might end up hating her, yet somehow, I couldn’t help but feel pity for her. In the end, I can say both Sasin and Prince are not at fault, just two souls caught in a storm they never asked for.
Ironically, the car scene in Episode 1 was the one everyone hated. But in the final episode, that same setting…
I missed you! I thought I’d lost you for a while, it even felt like we were watching completely different shows. I’m so glad to see your comments popping up again. Last time we talked, we were both looking forward to seeing Barcode in Revamp’s premiere, and now here we are, Revamp's finale is tomorrow after 10 episodes. Time really flies.
I’ve watched over 115 Thai BLs, and honestly, this is one of the best I’ve ever seen. One person’s trash can be another person’s treasure, and for me, this one’s pure gold.
It’s rated the second-highest BL of 2025 and the fourth highest-rated BL of all time on MDL out of over 700+ BL titles for a reason.
Thank you for this amazing bl and the last moment kiss 😭 really wanna see Odajima in another bl
Ironically, the car scene in Episode 1 was the one everyone hated.
But in the final episode, that same setting became something else entirely, filled with emotion, chemistry, and one of the most beautiful kisses I’ve ever seen.
This is why we watch BLs. In just six episodes, we witnessed two characters grow, change, and learn to truly see each other. By the end, every glance, every touch, felt earned, a quiet reminder of how love can blossom even in the shortest journeys.
Did I just watch Ae use his two fingers to put them in Chiaki’s mouth in the bathroom, and Chiaki said, “Your fingers are so warm,” while literally sucking on them? Then Ae replied, “Your mouth is so hot”? I feel like I just watched something illegal 😂 Japanese BLs really hit differently, and honestly, I’m all in for it!
Everything you said was valid.I was also very put off that there was an immediate r*pe scene. While not uncommon…
Sorry, I have to amend my review. My original thoughts were based on Episode 1, and that was a month ago. Now that I’ve finished all six episodes, I’ve made a few edits and removed the KinnPorsche reference. Hope that’s okay!
This series is honestly one of the most plotless, dumb, weird, and cringe BLs I’ve ever seen, yet somehow, I can’t stop watching it. The irony of the main lead being named Logic when the show itself has absolutely no logic is hilarious. Logic is the son of the Prime Minister, and together with Leo, they fight the Prince for the dumbest reasons imaginable.
The action scenes are terrible, and the plot makes zero sense. For example, right after a fight, Logic and Leo meet a random girl and ask to borrow her motorbike. Her response? “Sure, because you’re handsome.” She just gave two random strangers her keys, they didn’t even exchange contact details, so how is she going to get her bike back? This is just one example of how stupid the plot is, lol.
Still, despite all the nonsense, I can’t look away. Winner and Chris have amazing chemistry, and that’s honestly the only reason I’m still watching. This show is a complete mess, but a strangely entertaining one.
Overall, I really love this drama, Japanese 🇯🇵 BLs just hit differently. I liked the ending, though I wish it was a bit longer. Can’t wait to see more Japanese Mafia BLs in the future!
Give it a few more episodes and you’ll probably start to hate her.

So true, and it definitely did, haha!
100% deserved this spot.
