I somewhat agree, I wish they would've made him explicitly trans or gave us more insight into him being intersex, since his experiences are very much experiences trans people would go through, and it made me( as a trans man) pretty frustrated when it came to the reasoning for the "transition".

Their relationship is unexpectedly healthy and I'm all for it

the kinsey scale isnt the best representation of sexuality but i agree bisexuality exists in many forms and sexuality is fluid!

To be completely honest, I can ignore pacing and weak writing for the most part, but most of this series was just not enjoyable for me. I can see why other people would like it though, but I find it so boring. The actors did the best they could with the script they were given but it just seemed so soulless of a storyline

This!! Not enough people are talking about how much it represents queer life and community! Unlike most other "BLs" that focus mostly just on two or four characters without going much into detail about being gay, other than an internal struggle. We really need more series like Only Friends to step into that territory that represents real life gayness and queerness!

youll enjoy this if you dont take it seriously at all. its a lighthearted comedy thats not very cohesive, but its funny and has its cute moments. overall, made me laugh a lot and was a good change of pace
