Totally agree. It was such a flop. I didn't care about any of the characters. I like both the leads but this was beyond redemption. KHY was so annoying throughout and I didn't feel any chemistry. It left me flat, wishing I could have my 12 hours back.

I wanted to like the first two episodes, but SO MANY tropes and coincidences - why can't they come up with new ideas? 2 parents killed by dump truck, other tragic death, mistaken identity, in all of Seoul, they happen to work at same agency, amnesia, grandmother knows the cafe guy... all in 2 episodes. Do you need all of these to have an interesting script?? I don't know if I can suspend all my logic just for their chemistry. Lazy writing.

I agree I have watched some very good ones this year but those that have moved me or snagged me had something new or interesting to offer.

I love Choi Woo Shik and liked Somin's earlier works so I was excited for a good rom com. The problem is the writing and plot. One predictable trope after another - the white truck of doom, both his parents die in car accident, childhood 1st loves... Kdrama Bingo. Apparently a lot of people like the comfort of that but I miss having an interesting plot that's not so predictable- this feels recycled. I'll watch it for Choi Woo Shik but wish it was a stronger project.

Totally agree. The ending was too rushed to tie it up at the end and gave no real picture of how they could actually be together in the future. I find the writers seem to lose steam and just take a unsatisfactory short cut to end these series.
