Those funny people who said nonsense about it was disappointing that Lu Wuyi saving Jiling and not Wu Wangyan, concluded the plot after only watching a preview MUST NOT MISS today's episode. Watch and be ashamed! Well... If you lots have heart or conscience to feel that.
Jiling did everything to save the people and would perish forever while Wangyan (beside having Shiguang who would run the Earth and Moon for her) can be resurrected at the spring pool.
Veil of Shadows is FABULOUS! What looks like a complicated writing style would eventually be understood, as long as viewers watch closely episode per episode, instead of skipping scenes and watching their favourite actors' scenes only.
The consistent and plot-twisted beautiful storyline, the leveled up acting performances from all cast (mostly Ju Jingyi & Tian Jiarui in today's episode) and the top notch chemistry in every episode 👏🏻 For me, this is GJM's best drama. I hope he would give justice to the most miserable couple JiLu at the end. They deserved the HE the most.

Lu Wuyi breaking Jiling's heart into pieces, while trying so hard to hide the fact that hurting him shattered her own, literally and figuratively. Jiling in a devastating stage, screaming, crying and losing his sanity then turning so quiet, consumed by the terrifying loneliness, emitting Ji Shi from his heart, then finding out the most fearful & shocking truth. Everything was perfectly delivered and insanely beautiful. Exquisite cinematography and outstanding acting performance from the castline 💕
