- back to my desk thinking that at least the 2/5 screen time for Lu Wuyi (Jiling was there but for listening & comforting purpose) would satisfy some hard-to-please fans ☺️👌

Lu Wuyi had no character development (yes, this has been done before and replied)
Certain character (too shy or lame to name Chiwen or Jiling) got more screentime than others

Lu Wuyi had no character development and needed her single arc
Why did Jiling remain the 'dragon deity' instead of Wu Shiguang.

I am starting to wonder if these complainers really watched the drama or just its spoilers and scenes they liked because if they did, they would have known that the 'questions' would be answered in time.

With Ryan Cheng, Tian Jiarui were my 'scene stealer' in MJTY.

Veil of Shadows is Tian Jiarui's many first times experience and yet he slayed the characters like a good actor he is.

First time...
▶️ PLAYED SIX ROLES in one drama
▶️ had to act with "himself"
▶️ acted in a scene that made him a little nervous
▶️ held a lamb while acting
▶️ wore a six-meter-long robe
▶️ wore completely white makeup
▶️ wore ears and a tail
▶️ played a blind person

PS. VOS is also the first aired drama where TJR had a kissing scene with his co-star.

Tian Jiarui stole viewers's attention in MJTY and did so well in FOF.
His acting performance keeps improving and he has nice personality on the filming set. TJR will definitely grow bigger and still down to Earth.

I know. It is my wishful thinking. Netflix airing schedule is up to 26 April so it means it may take a break as well before continuing with ep 27
