As for ZYZ and WX, my deduction came from the way he looked at her and the sadness that sometimes crossed his face, like a melancholy or reminiscing of the past. And also that instinctive protection, could not be from 'taking care' promise only. The previous ones who 'guard' the Baizu token were also couple, as if fated.
Li Lun's hatred toward WX must be grown from ZYZ love for her. LL and ZYZ must have been good friends (like comrades in army) in the past and WX came in between and became ZYZ priority.
I am glad that there is no novel for this drama since it is original scriptwriting so we can interpret what the plotline is just by watching this drama. That to say, I may be wrong about my theory.

For a close up shot, expressions matter the most and make up enhances the looks. Height can be 'manipulated' with the angles the shot was taken and edited, before making the screen, so it also did not matter that much, close up or long range.

I have watched Neo Huo's 2 dramas before this. In DY, he looked so boyish, arrogant and rebellious with visuals suited his character young age. He did well in BFTB, although I could not really get the chemistry between him and FL. In this drama, his character is Zhu Yan, the great demon, thousands years old but with young handsome looks, as spiritual beings in fantasy dramas are usually depicted (celestial beings are usually the gorgeous ones). Neo Huo really nailed the character. The best for me so far. He may look young but there is something very mature about the way he brings himself. Something ancient. The way he gaze also implies that he has seen too many things in his old long life. Good acting skills and kudos to the Martial artist who also worked for MJTY.
