Yes. Everyone feels free to express what they feel about the drama and the characters but to deem themselves as the 'rights' and other viewers the 'wrongs' is rather ridiculous.

Is liking an ML as the red flag character deems fans who are excited to watch more as bad people?
And liking such ML, a lord who has only one wife in his entire life makes good viewers?

ML in this drama has one goal, to exact revenge thus giving his people back their own rights. He has endured pains and humiliations to be in his position. FL is the obstacle in his plan. That is why he intended for her to die and later on, knowing that she was an important factor, used her as a spy. SML did the same, with 'kindness mask' covering his bad deed. (Before both are falling for her)
The plotline makes sense. That is what people do to enemies and a spy, even in real life.

A story where the ruling lord (green flag) only had 1 wife is very desirable but considered a rare case irl. Liking such a drama does not make the story a real deal. An emperor had a harem with so many ladies and lords/nobles had wives and concubines.

Is liking the previous and latter make viewers as red or green as the characters?
It will not, unless you cannot distinguish the difference between facts and fictions and are implementing the drama into your own real life.

Most viewers usually just enjoy the drama, and move forward to the next beloved character once the drama ends. Some characters even remain in heart for a long time, but still as fiction.

Wei Zhao is the hottest red flag turning hawt greenish ML for Jiang Ci.
I love it that ML character has been written properly so far and writer does not turn him into a simp just because he is falling for FL. And Ren Jia Lun is portraying ML so da** perfect. Handsome face with cold expression that reveals nothing, he makes me feel blessed even with a very tiny smile.
I love this drama and hope it will continue be this satisfying.

The ML stabbed the FL at their first encounter because she was a hindrance to his plan and I was hooked right away. And it is Ren Jia Lun. He looks so da** good playing the cold heartless ML 😍

I always like Ding Yuxi and Ancy Deng as ML and FL, from the start. And I like how they wrap up the ending for the couple. But the story matters for me. For a vice minister to have such power and favor from the empress dowager (even before Shen Du knew who he really was then plotted the scheme with ED) without proper back up story is what brings the drama down for me.

There is something that makes me wonder.
Lai Louzhi is a VICE minister, isn't he?
A vice, not even a minister and way below the prime minister?
Or the trans is awful so it translates his actually very important position as a vice minister?
And he can be in ED presence along with the prime minister, a royal prince and royal princess? Shen Du is the great chief (minister level). How did LLZ get the favor at the beginning?

I watched ep 40 right after 34 and am now losing interest to continue with the rest episodes. This LLZ character is bringing down the storyline and makes it weak for me.

Just like the marriage arrangement, to likely be annuled by ML, and cause a rift between him and the old lady.

That seems to be a 'must plotline' in Cdramas 😅
SML always finds it hard to move on and only sees his 'significant other' at the ending episodes. In one drama I saw, the girl even died and the finally moved on SML ended up alone. I cursed him along with the angst OST playing at the back 😅🫢

Finished watching 3 episodes and I am craving for more. Too bad that works come first or I would stay in front of the screen until ep 27.
This drama, with mystery genre suits me more than historical with comedy.
I watched DYX in LYST and although I did not expect him to be a bit 'muscular' here, I think the appearance really suits his character.
The FL is very cute, with big expressive eyes, always shine brightly, indicating her smartness, and small yet full lips. Liking her from the start.
Never watched her dramas before.

I hope this drama will continue to be a good watch for me. Thank you to those who recommended MOGA.

I don't easily get misled by haters since haters will hate no matter what.
I replied to Dr Ghost since I 'knew' him from the previous drama and despite having different opinions, we stayed civil.

I plan to watch this drama this weeked. A bit discouraged by the low rating, but would still give it a try. Until I read this comment and the 'other comments'.

What is the verdict? Worth watching? Trying? Or better drop this drama? I love my current life re-watching dramas and am not into a messy ongoing drama.

I am sure he did great in LYF. He is a good actor ♥️
