The 4 episodes are so freaking entertaining! Baek Ahjin playing with all the male characters's heart with her beauty and wits was so captivating to watch. Even with no sweet romance, the chemistry between Kim Youjung and Kim Youngdae is great. They truly deliver the toxic couple vibe. She wanted to destroy all obstacles while he wanted to keep her safe without resorting to cruel methods.
Cannot wait for more episode. Next week gawd. I have been too spoiled by day-to-day Cdrama.

I actually wanted to post long comment (complain) about my disappointment (I did write a draft) but then decided not to post it. I might sound happy but I was burning from anger inside (anime style). They could have cut those 10 episodes into just 2 or 3. As much as I love 2ML and 3ML, I started this for Cheng Yi, the martial arts and ML & FL romance ARRRGHHH. I hope the writer redeemed that weird plot with the rest of episodes.
If even Prince Langya cared enough to be the couple councellor for Beautiful Mu and Tang Lianyue, the writer should let them be happy in this 'standalone' drama.
That and mostly for Su Muyu and Miracle doctor Bai. The melting iceberg and the girl with poisonous pets deserved the happy ending.
Su Changhe could be the happy uncle, acting the landlord, teasing SMY and BHH, caring for MYM and glaring at TLH the way he always did. Su Changli (a good person here) could always remind him that they were all alive and happy.
I hope Mu Qingyang and Xuewei can be happy too and the preview was just misleading the ill fate of some BR members.
Come on writer! You want a happier ending? Why don't go all in and give all the protagonist their happiness.

Watched 2 episodes and am feeling so satisfied. Hopefully this good story delivering and pace will continue till the end. Kim Youjung never disappoints. She really embodied the multi faces Baek Ahjin. From the flirty voice with emotionless eyes, the smile that was so scary since it was accompanied with eyes that promised otherwise. The Queen is here and slaying her role. Kim Youngdae nailed his role. Whoever said that he would not make a good ML and created tons of noises, kindly watch this drama. You owe him an apology.
