I think they changed the city name on purpose and alter it so that they're in fictional city instead but one that's highly based off Finland

In a livestream today, Wu Lei told the viewers to be vigilant and careful about their safety when encountering strangers. He said that in dramas these scenes are romantic, but in real life everyone should still be cautious and make more judgments and commended Yinguo for taking picture of the car plate number 😭👍🏻

It's still mostly focused on romance but the show did invited the national billiard coach to train the casts, and the leads mostly did the scenes by themselves. You can check out their Billiard Special episode!
