It lays out the main plot with the evil queen. But the characters are more connected between S&B and LIP, you can easily watch these two dramas without knowing any of the side stories from RMP. Even the main couple imo

JRF was killed 1/3 into RMP but yea I agree. The villains live for too long and they have been given way too many chances to resurrect. It’s unsatisfying. Like this fox queen LOL homegirl is coming back every season . I understand that if there’s still hatred, her power can grow. But at this point, they should come up with. Way to end her for good since this is the last part in the drama trilogy

Not really. I watched them both, and Red Moon Pact seems the least connected story-wise. If you watch LIP it does have some stuff that’s connected to S&B. But they do recaps so you’re not really missing out on much. I do like LIP a lot though, because the lead couple was just so beautiful and full of chemistry together…. Except the ending…

Yun Fei uncle was literally the mother and father figure to FG. I love his parting words, just regular concerns for him and his personal life, whereas the father is more like a corporate boss, " How are you so skinny when you eat so much as a kid?" 🥲

This is the first c drama in 2025 where every episodes was so good. Like i didnt even realized we're almost 2/3 of the way in. Usually by ep 22, i get the draggy c drama fatique
