I find Li Bo Ze really suspicious. Everything he does feels so calculated and intentional, just like Ren Su Su pointed out. I honestly hope Hai Tang Qing is right about him just being an innocent puppy. But at this point, he almost seems too good to be innocent.

Isn't this how a politician or ruler should be a player, ruthless, calculative. From beginning I though that Li Mao will a villain. One of the best thing about the last few episodes was they made me really believe that Li Mao really want to kill Xie Wuyi also that he had no plan or strategies left to save his family. While he is always one step ahead of his rivals.

Finally, a drama where they really shown why Male Lead is most feared general & why everyone wants to kill him. I loved how detailed war sequence were. I always want to see fighting sequence in war however, in C-Dramas it rarely shown.

Does Xiao Huayong ever wanted revenge from the Emperor or it for greater good kind of revenge thing in the novel?

To the novel readers: did Xiao Chang Qing react the same way in the novel as shown in the Ep 10 preview when he began suspecting that Shen Xi He was actually Gu Qing Zhi?

Also, doesn't Xiao Chang Qing hate the Emperor because he was responsible for the Gu family's massacre and is therefore determined to destroy him? And isn't he the Emperor's most favored son rather than the Crown Prince?

Lastly, I heard that at some point in the novel, even the Crown Prince wanted revenge against the Emperor. He eventually join forces with Xiao Chang Qing as well.

Should I start watching it? I've seen a few clips of Zhou Ke Yu and I have to say, he looks incredibly hot 😍😍😍🫣🫣. And Bao Shang En is as cute as ever 🥰🥰.

First of all, I don't have any issue with an adopted brother-sister romance, so that's not a concern for me. What I really want to know is: how is the plot so far? Do the leads have good chemistry? Is there a love triangle?

I feel like everyone or rather half of Lishan Academy's teachers & students are death. Few may have survive with A Li 's maid Qing Shuang & grandfather. Because of trauma & guilt she keep on seeing her. Also, the mastermind behind Lishan Academy massacre is Prince Li (As I read some where that in the end he will rebel against the emperor). However, Marquis Muyang is also involve in it. This is my theory, I maybe wrong.

I thought they did as it in mention in MDL. Netflix usually take C-drama right for international broadcast mainly from Youku & some selective Tencent & MangoTV but never from Iqiyi. Let's hope that it'll be available in Netflix specially in my region 🥺🥺🥹🥹

I have a question how are they going to show the four eras? I highly doubt they’ll use reincarnation because that probably wouldn’t pass censorship.

So how exactly will they execute it? Will it be something like the leads reading a book and the different eras are actually the plot inside the book? Or maybe a game or virtual world plot? I’m really curious about how they’re going to handle the transitions between the eras.

Will this be the first drama I actually drop? I’ve never dropped a K or C drama before. Right before this, I watched "Dr. Romantic"—I finished S1 in just 3 days, and S2 and S3 within 2 days each despite them having 16 eps. I was always excited for the next ep and excited to see what would happen in the upcoming eps, which is something I’m totally not feeling here.

But with this drama, I’m struggling to finish each ep. After every ep, I honestly feel like dropping it. I’m currently on ep 6. I usually finish a 12-ep drama within 2 days, but I highly doubt that will be the case with this one.

I’m completely fine with friendship and slice-of-life genres, but this one just isn’t clicking for me. My main issue is that it’s supposed to be a medical drama, yet they barely focus on complicated surgeries or show how the leads overcome difficult medical cases. The surgeries are also not shown properly or explained in detail, including how they are conducted. It also feels like some scenes were cut, even though each ep is around 1 hour and 30 minutes long.

I do like the leads’ friendship, even Jeong-won’s mother’s friendship with Mr. Ju. I also want to see the leads’ relationship progress, but I’m still having a hard time continuing despite liking those aspects. It feels boring at times. It would’ve been better if the runtime were shorter, or if they had included more interesting scenes.

One of my favorite medical series is "Grey’s Anatomy" because it balances everything—friendship, relationships, personal struggles, and medical cases. But the core focus still remains on challenging surgeries and how the doctors handle them together. That’s the element I feel is missing here.

Deng Enxi & Wang Xing Yue look so beautiful & handsome respectively in their wedding attire. Especially Deng Enxi, she looking so breathtaking in that wedding outfit 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I can't take my eye from her.

Finally, I believe those short-drama makers should face serious consequences. They should be required to pay heavy compensation only then will people think twice before doing something like this. Writing apology letters achieves nothing; real accountability comes when there are financial consequences.
