I loved this drama so much, I bought it. It's a gem. You're a lucky-ducky to be new to dramas. Not as many platforms…
honestly, I don't know how I'm getting Kocowa for free, it's just one of the channels that comes up with no subscription. I wish I could help you with that.
if it wasn't for the kids, I probably wouldn't have watched it at all. Only on epi 8 and all I can think is that the fl is a snotty witch, doesn't seem like the ML can do enough for her, I just want to smack her all the time. Does it get any better? And here's another show where the parent's just trash their child, during the meeting of the two families. It's disgusting and then the parents expect total obedience and honor. Can't figure out how that works.
Your comment is what i would call a pile of S and i doubt you truly watch it if that's all you got from this drama,…
thank you. I read that comment and wondered what show the person commenting had even watched because that sure isn't what I got out of the Grandmother's relationship with her grandson.
I am re-watching this for like the 100th time and it always amazes me how extremely talented Seven is. No one…
I'm watching it right now for the 9th time and I really agree about Seven, she's just amazing. I love this, the only thing that bugs me about it is the aunties from the street, but I'm looking at them from the Western point of view, they are thoughtless when they speak to people, it makes me nuts and I have to ff through so many of the scenes with them.
please someone, explain why the second male leads in so many of these shows are such good guys and then get dumped, it's so sad. I read through some of the posts and agree, that the pair that played them as teenagers were outstanding, but I guess I fell in like with Lee Sang Joon as soon as he appeared on screen, I love his character when so many don't, maybe it's the dimples. Others have said the writing is bad, the characters are lifeless, etc, but for me, I'm enjoying it all and I'm waiting to find out how his mother really died, and all the facts around her death and to see if the father ever gives the FL the phone and the letter.
recently in a group on FB the question was posted...what bugs you the most about these dramas. Being from the US and not having parents like those Asian parents, that is what bugs me the most the way the parents expect their children to do exactly what the parents want no matter what the circumstances are. In this one, epi 10, when she finally tells her parents she's not going to marry the scumbag, her father tells her that she will because he chose the man, he didn't want to know why, he just told her to go and talk to him and make it right. What kind of people are these parents that they don't consider their childs feelings at all. Another thing that bugs me, is the friend (male friend to brother), who probably never has had a girlfriend in his life, but he's giving relationship advice, it's so ridiculous, I ended up ff through those two men's scenes.
My favourite Hans Zhang drama, I like the chemistry between the two leads. Sunshine Of My Life is my second favourite…
He is the only reason I've gotten this far, a second time and I agree about Sunshine, I don't even know the number of times I've watched that one, so good.
I held on for 20 episodes but omg.. the FL only became more and more disgusting with every episode. Idk why writers…
Thank you. I've watched it once before and I don't know why I would think watching it again would make me less frustrated with this spineless woman. I catch myself wanting to scream, tell your sister you are not a child and don't have to be protected. I ask myself, is this the type of woman the writers gravitate to, spineless, cry babies.
I put off watching this for a while, think first that it was only playing Disney, then saw some of the clips found out it was on Hulu, so thought I'd give it a shot. As usual, Ji Chang Wook was outstanding, the man can do everything from comedy to dark and this one was definitely dark. I don't think I was in the mood for dark, I just couldn't watch all of it, skipped epi, or parts of episodes and then watched the last two. Maybe at some point, I'll be able to sit down and watch it all the way through, but it was just to much for me at this time.
The loan ML took was from Dr Mun Jeong's father, like his father was kind of a gangster/loan shark. Mun Jeong…
thank you so much. I did see the part that Dr. Mun Jeong found out his father was basically the loanshark, but then missed all the rest. Thank you for filling me in on that.
