I love me some gray ML's but this sounds like what I'd like to. If it's really good acting and a well-written show (I'll watch all genres), I can handle dark and brutal.

To save some time.... They don't get together until episode 54... out of 54 episodes 😂😭 it doesn't last long, and it's a sad ending.
But I personally enjoyed the torture and was sucked in and didn't want to stop watching it. By the time I was on ep 27, it felt like I was only on 5, but then by ep 45, each episode felt like 10. So, it was good and then the momentum just died and it was unbearable to watch and repetitive (I really had to power through those last 9 eps).
So, there's no 'is this good or bad' because I think each person will have their own individual feelings about if they like this one or not lol. Do I regret watching it? No. Does it leave a bad taste in my mouth? Yes.

I'm already 45/46 eps in and I STILL feel like I'm 'forcing' myself to watch this. Like you said it's not a bad story etc, I'll prob still give it a 7.5 min for that, but I was dreadfully bored the entire time and still am. I am always determined to finish any show I start watching even if I hate it, but out of 100s this has been the hardest to get through. 😭
