Few things that still not add-up.
In ep, 3 KMC said he already knew the first video was taken from KSJ's house. How he knew it when Ji Hoon is the one that took the video.
KMC also said in ep. 4 he knew the video was taken by a student.
Why KMC wrote the 13th is out on the wall of KSJ's house? Only both of them knew of it that when KSJ stabbed Won Taek the 13th time, his knife slipped, probably because KMC shot the gun.

What KMC did was a normal reaction of the police, save a person first. A doctor or firefighter will do the same. He can't let a person died in front of the team. If the police let Gaetals roamed freely, then what is the use of the legal system? Gaetal is there to remind the loopholes of the system, not to replace it

The police still need to save a person first and bring to justice. If he let LMS died like that, KMC is also a killer. If he did not save the criminal this time, people will call it a pure fiction because its not how it works

Thye need to catch both. If you let Gaetals roaming around then the legal system is not needed anymore.

Police is like doctor, whoever they are, need to be saved first and judge later. If he also kill a person that time in front of the team, then he cant be a police
