Soooooo far my only complaint for this drama is the color tone and cgi. It’s bright, like there’s this white filter of some sort that is always present. Aside from that there are some parts where the cgi is just so bad, like that rowing along the river scene and some of the desert scenes. Love the casts but for an S+ drama I expected better.
The intro of the drama starts out so soothing and pleasing to the ears and then out of nowhere it becomes so chaotic 😭😭😭 had to skip it
I have to say jujingyi really improved her acting. She used to be so stiff. Anywhoooo Tian he is so flipping naive and gullible sometimes I just wanna smack him through the screen lol. Chen zheyu is the perfect cast honestly, he has that innocent puppy like look that goes well with his character. I’m barely 3 eps in but I’m liking it.
Heard iqiyi spent 312 million yuan (over 40 million usd) on this drama… why is it so rushed with hardly any promo? And why are they buying the rights to air cp6? Makes no sense.
