This year was so underwhelming in kdramas almost all the top rated dramas are mediocre at best.. I can't say I have fully enjoyed any that much.

I think you are forgetting that relationships should be mutual! It's not just important that he likes her and needs her, it's important that it's the same for the other side as well!!

Ok I just finished ep 29-30.. Many are swooning over the peck on the forehead, well I am not she was sleeping/fainted from the beating, it was not consensual! It's was higly creepy and one sided since jxn still regard him as her teacher, her feelings for him are of respect and fear. Like her father said once a teacher, always a father.. Xie is so obnoxious and domineering. When jxn said to zz that he and his daughter would be a good match, i was like we wish because that the only logical happy ending ugh his sad puppy eyes. Anyway I think the show has lost its spark in the latest episodes..even the scene with the princess leaving didn't have that much of an impact on me. Just a side thought I think she only ever loved zz and she will never truly be with him.. She will end up with Xie as he is the most convenient marriage but I don't think, it will be love.. Which is so tragic 😭
