Has all the troupes I hate. Also I prefer more mature, less baby like female leads like in so many dramas. It has very progressive themes that you wouldn't see in many dramas I will give it that but it's very overrated 4 out of 10

Well we do have diffrent opinions about it for me it was forced and of consequence I won't just accept the upcoming romance with Xie, that I still find unlike ale and teacher/mentor like I will wait 2 more episode if I am still with the same feeling I might drop this or at least skip every scene with Ning and Xie and see the politics which I still enjoy

This is the kind of drama where after watching it you are left with a single thought "it was successful because of how popular the leads are" in all honesty I thought it was a below mediocre drama and skipped a lot, there wasn't anything amazing or gripping about the plot itself. The only good think is that it had good looking leads but that's really it. 6 out of 10 soly because of the good visuals

Ok just managed to watch ep 25,26 and what a weak way to end the relationship with zz.. Because they cut our the development of their arc and made an unbelievable excuse of her feeling guilty about his mom this life when its obviously not her fault. It all felt any excuse to get away from zz who we didn't really see the romance with so it's like breaking up with a stranger.. Had to skip most parts of these two episodes except fake dingfei literally the most entertaining character and what kept me going

I honestly have not watched this drama so I couldn't tell you. I love me some noona romance most people are against any type of noona romance but even I have some age gap limit i think anything over the 10 yr mark is a major no! No clue why would anyone want someone who looks significantly older to be with someone much younger. It's just uncomfortable to see. There are some exceptions to the age gaps some dramas really pulled it off as both leads look to be around the same age like love destiny.. Or love was very minimal and untriggering like the rational love which is an exception I don't I would ever like another drama with this kind of age gap. While others popular dramas like Mr. Sunshine for example where beyond baffling to me ml looked like he could be fl father!! How can anyone root for that 🤢🤢 that's some serious dad issues or upbringing issues cause no normal personal wants that!
