No i don't realize because that's a load of bs that you just invented if you watch in other kdramas you would see that 40 was old as in he was close to his deathbed most people married much younger and no 40 yr was a desirable match for a 16-18 yr old noble woman lmao. He is by all measures a leftover. Even in older historicals they didn't have that much of an age gap. Good try tho

That would be nice but to be more realistic I am sure there are people out there with weird taste like that I believe they should have their weird pairings from time to time but it shouldn't be the norm and definitely not this frequent!! The common thing should be people around their age. If there is an age gap it should be too much where the couple look bad together that's what I think. Even if I can mind my business for 2 ajusshi dramas a year i won't do it for 10 or more dramas with such casting.

Literally this and behind your touch the only two kdramas that I finished and liked.

It should not be made in the first place. No it's one of a perfectly normal person that thinks old actors should be with people their age and the casting needs to be better. This year alone I have watched only 2 dramas because of the weird casting this year so no I am not gonna just mind my own business

Learn how to write first before saying dumb shit like this. If you look at her projects you will see her having more than this age gap with actors older than her, which don't suit her at all. She has a baby face and a very youthful charm so I actually think much younger actors suit her like leo which I hope she gets a new project with and I hope she is as far away from old actors as possible!!!

Well I liked both

Now that it had finally ended I wanna take a moment to discuss what I liked about the drama:
1- that it ends
2-qing princess
Now everything that I did not like about it
1- the ancient actor romancing the FL, p1 was a little doable since it was somewhat one sided tho still creepy. Reminded me of the old creepy men persueing young women on trains something like that
2- ml face. His dull, old wrinkly face was too much for me.. Anything with a close up was an instant skip.
3- the continues angst.. At one point I wanted them both dead. Or ml being with the crown princess so that he could suffer forever would have loved that much more than his romance with gilchae.. I think they are definitely a better match
4- so much emotional and physical cheating be it her, her husband
5- p2 as a whole should have ended as p1 with them forever separating

Any fan girl of the ancient actor wanting to fight with me can talk to the wall.. I don't care that's my own opinion.. If you think differently, have dad issues and weird taste don't let me know. This is my last comment about this trash finished it since I started a whole season p1 thinking she would just end up with her husband so nothing to worry about the old man. Anyway bye bye to this trashy drama. Safe to say it's a 1
