sorry, didnt see this comment. well it's subjective and not going to knock anyone in particular. generally i cringe when guys look like "puss in boots" when they are asked to show affection and there were plenty of moments where such levels just felt wrong and unexplainable.

Visually I just could not warm up to FL. Now that I think about it, Ashes of Love ended up in "on hold" because of her as well.

Generally my favourite scenes are where people are chatting no need for explosions there :D

I preferred version where he comes back, because I felt it made no sense for him to be still trapped after letting go of the sword or for her to be hanging out at that "well" place if there was no hope for him to come back.
Plenty of films have some "production hell" stories this one a pile but I'm happy enough.

I still think it's better to like slightly worse version when know nothing about "best" version at all.

"Better" is the enemy of "good" :) I liked plot(s), characters were likeable, and it was funny. I wanted to know how their issues get resolved. etc., and it evoked emotional responses. The essence of it didn't require crazy budget/CGI or whatever.I liked what I've seen. So, I prefer to not drag in original source to decide if it's good or bad.
Sometimes it backfires too. Like, remember we talked about SSS book?

1st one is demigods and semi devils 2021, because my dog when he was sick preferred it to soothing sounds of the forest and squirrels. It's essentially the reason how I got into this cdrama world. And as far as emotional aspects of it I had not reason to bring it down. I guess you could say my count starts from 2.

Yeah, the production had plenty of production issues once they needed to extend the number of episodes or something. There's "aprincessfrommars" fan tlc edit which fixed funny cgi/filter choices etc., but to be honest it never bothered me. I focused on the relationships in the story. And that part I think was done well by likeable characters.

He is such piece of unexplored source of comedy. Just imagine his line "but I see a star right here" but he has Hulu's antlers!

The legends is my number 2 k/cdrama from all genres. Yeah there was a bit of sabotage and quite a few fuckups. I didn't read the book so I had no expectations. I cant count the number of times I watched it. Is it really that bad 😄

When I saw the scene for real I kept seeing his contorted face from BTS cheered me up a little Hehe f that mofung guy.

Eh, after e17 in e18 she demonstrably grabbing mofung around the place. When XZ comes over to her place to be told she's hanging out at mofung's place. Then overhears their conversation.
Feels like a mixed signal. I think at this moment moment XZ wasn't even jealous - he was turning into a "reptile" of an ancient god he is supposed to be.just managed to snap back to his normal self at the last moment to try to play it down as a joke.

Found it hard to watch alright. Felt like slapping both of them 🤣

Some terrible people are naming different dramas with current popular titles.

Maybe with exception of one scene his presence was pure gold. I'll miss him after SL eats him 😆
