does anyone know the actress who was at the fabric show during buy together game? She was in front row the one who needed "four more friends" and had 2 golden hairpins. Most were dressed in blue around her while she had cream/coral outfit.
I am honestly amazed to understand how the director thought 8,978 shots of Meng Zi Yi with the same wide eyes,…
Well, Lots of actresses have some signature looks and directors would make try to highlight them as much as possible and live up to expectations of those who like it. If you interpret her swoony dreamy far away look as retarded and it irritates you, that's fine it's just not your thing. Why persist if you know that you will be subjected to it again and again?
well, everything will pass. but i'm starting a rewatch now.for some reason i dont see a lot of people rewatching…
eh. completely unrelated personal tidbit. almost 30 years ago a man told me he never "plans" to spend his time on anything that isn't going to make him money. at the time i thought it was weird.

lol, kinda weird that someone would go to such lengths like creating schedules and stuff... but yeah people are different. anyway, thanks for adding me, i'll keep an eye on your list. cheers.
I rewatched also after starting Dream within a Dream and the Feud... both of which I was just not invested into
I didn't see DoD, but thought Feud was good although it had so much tension that pacing was off for anything I tried after. I might've said something similar last year shen li is really like a coffee jar in a perfume shop as in to clear the "palate" for the next experience 😀
When she goes back in time to change the timeline, but then nothing changes in the present? Then when the Goddess…
Exactly. that's why I think a set up where a time machine or a whale falling from the sky to set everything right wouldn't do justice to everything that came before. I'm glad that everything I felt in those moments isn't brought down to a level of some 60,but at the same time I don't mind if they do 😆

Honestly I had no problem with the ending.
All the reasons for angst and reasons for conflicts were resolved ... somewhere. Means that my emotional "upheavals" weren't in vain(like there really were bits where I was at the edge of my seat going "wait, wth, word".
ML and FL got happy end too in the present timeline because she crossed that barrier of hatred and went out searching for whatever is left of him in the present timeline. So it's kinda win-win all around.
But I get what you mean. I hate and avoid angsty dramas like a plague and not sophisticated enough to come up with ideas to wrap it up without affecting large chunks of audience...so i can't tell what would be a good ending in situation like this where I would be completely satisfied.
Something like that.
I'll add that as far as emotional lead-in go, e11 and e21 were insanely good.

for some reason i dont see a lot of people rewatching "jiu liu overlord". buti think like over 60% of it is actually very good.

Many independent, interesting stories, but as a binge it felt draggy at times. Probably should've stretched it out a bit.
