I personally think that the billing issue lies within her chinese fandom, i heard that every time she starred in a new drama her chinese fans always argue and want her to get first billing.

Then you haven’t seen it yet. I’m not saying all her fans are hating on him, it’s just that there are some of her fans spreading negativity around. He definitely receives dislike regarding about the billing issue of this drama

I heard that they are aiming to aired this drama in quarter 4 of 2024, and this drama is still in the process of filming, they still have three months worth of filming left. Still a long way to go, but CZY has at least two more dramas upcoming while we waiting for this one.

No, it's adapted from the same-name novel, compared to Descendents of The Sun, it's so much darker and more realistic.

So...have they settled the billing issue yet? I'm so scared for CZY's fandom if he ends up being first-billing. But, at the same time, this is a male-centric story so it makes sense if CZY is first on the billing. Just hope that everything so smoothly and the fandoms need to stop with the fanwars. CZY does not deserve all the hate pouring down on him, he worked really hard.

I saw pictures of the sets, they honestly don’t look low-budget to me. it’s massive and impressive, they have big crowds of background characters, military tanks, and other stuffs. with this drama being a military-war genre I doubt it’s low-budget. it’s might not be a S+ project but definitely not low.

the chance of this drama has 40 eps is very likely because the novel is quite long and anything that involves war/military needs to be detailed carefully. so i could see it being 40 eps. if not 30 eps is the minimum. no way that this drama is anything less than 30 eps. that being said, i can’t wait 😁
