I think the first explosion is there still in the plot. I guess they will have the best friend die in the hospital one? Maybe because the book version of Benjamin's death is too dark and gory? Also do you remember.. In the trailer they released a while back, i remember a scene with one of his friends being taken by another friend on a wheelchair.. is one of them Benjamin?

I am so thankful that Chen Zheyuan decided to participate in Random Tour. Through it, we have gotten to see an endearing side of him (as if he already was not endearing enough). The way he is comfortable with the others, and behaves like a cute clingy baby with Yangdi, and his warm vibes with Nazha. I hope they don't stop at Season 1. We need more!!

This is so true. At the risk of being attacked, i found nothing extraordinary about HL script. But the acting of the cast saved the drama..if it was not for czy's portrayal of Duan Jiaxu and his incredible eye acting and his chemistry with Lusi, i think i would have abandoned the drama.

I think i subconsciously shut them out. Or i was too busy tearing up at that scene and couldn't see anything else 🤣 seriously, i cried more than i expected while watching SF4

As a fellow cheesy stuff lover myself, i dont have any grounds to stand on 🤣 about the lacking scripts bit, thats precisely my point. I was surprised at how much i actually enjoyed sf4. And i only have czy to thank for it.

THIS!! I love that he has not settled into the chocolate-boy characters that he already knows he can do with his eyes closed. He has challenged himself, both physically and mentally.

These three dramas of his that you liked, if i am not mistaken, happened because of the doors that opened after HS. So i think the fault was not with his choice but rather the lack of choice itself. In Chen Zheyuan i trust, because he has gotten bad scripts before (Renascence etc), but even in those, he manages to bring something to the table. His knack of etching out the character is something else!

1. Him! I think its love at first sight for him 🤣 she takes a long time to realise that she has feelings for him.
2. Yes! He gives her back the arrow head at some point.
3. She does not kidnap him at any point in the novel (i skipped some parts so cant be 100% sure)
4. He kisses her neck? I dont remember this, I remember her biting him though 🤣
