I’m rereading the synopsis
"In the year 2051, a space exploration robot discovers a mysterious artifact containing the story of an Earth-like planet known as Star Y — and the extraordinary bond between a gentle girl, Wu Nong Yu, and a man with antisocial tendencies, Xie Xin Xu."

So does that mean that in the final episode, Earth discovers the artifact and realizes that everyone on Planet Star Y is already gone? Everything we’re watching now is a recorded story from another Earth like planet. (mind blowing) If that’s true, that’s a wild way to say goodbye to the drama lol. Everyone’s just a memory now. This show is so unhinged, I’m excited to see how it actually ends. xD

It is a happy ending if defeating the enemy and the FL getting her life and freedom back doesn’t count as one, then I genuinely don’t know what does. That said, save yourself the trouble and your time because this entire drama is stupidly written. The FL pretends to be smart, but her actions prove otherwise. The ML is ruthless yet somehow has zero brain cells.
At this point, the drama feels like straight-up money laundering. I agree with the comments, hopefully the writer never writes again… unless they go back to writings school first. :(

That was a fun challenge with some cute questions lol. With the five main cast members, the first question was “我喜欢的人 or 喜欢我的人” basically, would you choose the one you love or the one who loves you?

The ML chose the one who loves him, while the FL chose the opposite, the one she loves. What made it even funnier was that for most of the questions, they ended up choosing opposite answers lol.

If he did that in the first 10 episodes, I can’t imagine his character development over the next 30... I’m hoping there’s a second couple, new dynamics would be so fun to watch :3

Her brother did what now?! =/ That’s crazy… I haven’t watched the express episodes since they require extra payment on top of the VIP subscription. I’m kind of disappointed that they went in this direction with the plot. But from the first 8 episodes I’ve watched, they were nice. I like how they made the ML, he’s naturally toxic, but at least he asks the FL for her permission and tries to hold himself back as much as he can  lol. I’ll keep watching if the leads’ chemistry stays good.

I see, this drama is just so much fun! xD I almost forgot about that octopus already lol. Even with only 8 episodes, there’s a lot of information packed in, which makes me really curious about how the story will unfold. Thanks for the reply <3

I did a quick search and you’re right it totally gives Guideverse and Omegaverse vibes. The Affinity world feels like a mix of both. <3
