My friends and I have a group chat lol where we mostly talk about English and German novels, but someone mentioned this Chinese one and I got curious. I started reading it with translation tools and later continued on Wattpad. It does have some trigger warnings since it’s a bit violent and focused on gang life, but honestly it’s really good. If you’re interested, though, you can’t really buy it :< I checked and it’s only available as a web novel.

Sorry xD, I don’t mean to be dismissive. I get what you mean the sex is important in this drama, but since I’m enjoying the plot so much, it feels less important in live action lol. Just my opinion.
Hahaha same! At first the awkward scenes were cute, but later they’re just uncomfortable.
Still, the drama really shines because of the actors. I love how they perform in the other scenes. <3

I’ve been reading the novel and the intimate scenes are surprisingly detailed lol. So far, I know the drama hasn’t gone beyond a kiss. If anyone’s curious, Chapter 37 is the first real moment and there’s even a switch lol. You have to read the chapter titled ‘The Unfuckable Bottom’ it’s hilarious, but also genuinely cute and intimate. I’m planning to binge watch it on Friday. Hopefully, we’ll get some news about Season 2 soon I really hope they secure enough funding.

it can be like that, but not always. Writers can easily create a story where the king has only one love.

Even in history, the Hongzhi Emperor had just Empress Zhang and no concubines.
So a drama where the ML loves only the FL isn’t unrealistic, it’s just storytelling.

I just hope they get a happy ending.

I knew the angst was coming in ep4, but the preview for ep5 looks even more intense. I’m really enjoying the plot, it’s impressive how much it manages to deliver in such a short 13-minute format, and it keeps surprising me lol. I also think the use of inner monologue was the best choice. Kaji, please just accept your feelings for Fukami already (T^T)

I don’t blame the actors for the lame NC scenes, but the director what the heck was that?...

If the director is unable to effectively handle this type of scene, why accept a drama that primarily centers on it?

Honestly, if they just focused on the story and cut out the NC scenes, it would be way better and a lot less cringe to watch. (((^_^;)

I watched the last two episodes without subtitles because I couldn’t wait I understood about 40%. I’ll rewatch once it’s subbed. Happy ending they got married :)

This was such a pleasant surprise! I finished all 8 episodes it was so good. The actors’ chemistry was amazing, and it felt very realistic. One of the best Jdramas in this genre, especially for its top tier communication and mature relationships.

I was really disappointed,I expected it on the official platform OneD app, but got a message "This video is unavailable in this country due to copyright restrictions". Which countries is it available in? I might try a VPN.
I wish it were on iQIYI or WeTV those are my favorite streaming apps.

Someone recommended this to me lol and it’s way cuter than I expected. No explicit scenes so far (I’m on ep 4). I like how it talks about sex without being cringe, it shows a couple figuring things out together, communicating, and being sweet <3. It’s not just about lust, which makes it feel more special. Every time they start having intimate moments, they show us an ice skating metaphor lol, which is interesting and funny. If it keeps this up, it might be in my top 10 lol. I’d definitely recommend it it’s really entertaining. So far 10/10.

Lol I hope he gets over that soon, but it looks like the next ep is going to be a bit angsty.

I’m rethinking it, should I watch it? Is it good so far? An 8/10 for Thai dramas feels kind of low. I like fantasy and time travel, but I mainly need strong lead interaction to stay interested. Or should I wait for more episodes?

I already looked up Tiger & Nao and found some clips, they look really good. I think the friends to lovers storyline is a sweet way to end season 2. I can’t wait to see their story. Season 1 wasn’t really my thing, it felt all over the place so I skipped it. Season 2 is better since it’s split into three stories.

I missed Arthit&Daotok, so I started season 2 from the beginning just to catch new glimpses of them lol. They’re adorable even before they start interacting together.

Anyway, episodes 1–8 omg, I think Tonfah&Typhoon they might be my favorites story now lol. Such a great Top so green flag xD. Also it’s a really beautiful, healing story <3. I might even love it more than A&D I’m obsessed i rewatch it 3 times lol

Nah, just ignore the NC, this actually has a pretty decent plot for a 13-min drama.

I love how the relationship is starting to develop. Kaji is already in love lol, it’s so funny watching him deny he likes Fukami for more than just his sweet, lean looks.

At this point I don’t even care if the NC is good or bad, the story is just super engaging and hilarious. Give it a try, it’s really not as bad as people say and not that corny either XD

I’m here for the comedy lol, but I also love the character development. <3

The ML used to go for physical relationships, but after meeting Fukami, he’s learning what love and compassion mean xD.

I wasn’t sure about ep1 but ep2 is so sweet. I love hearing the ML’s thoughts he’s hilarious. I’m more invested in their relationship journey than anything else.
