I hope this will be a hit. Medical dorama emergency department is my favorite after long watched of Code Blue.

Personally I feel it's not fair to make that kind of ending but decide to not continue on S4 hahahaha

Damn, this kind of drama series is the one who you always demand on more and more to see the relationship between each other or something like the next generation of the program

I don't really like the new fellowship characters, and not sure they made them intentionally because they dont plan to continue more of the series because the characters and they development is not that strong as the main 4 main characters.

It's more melodrama than medical case than S1, it could have done better but I like S1 more since Doctor Heli under Dr. Kuroda is looks more reliable.

I like the Hiyama style here btw.

this is an S1 extended version, so yeah watch S1 first

That's what also surprise me and hit me really different, I start watching medical dorama from the modern one while this one is from the quite long time ago.

I'm on S2 now, surely will continue watch this until the very end version of this series hahaha

For any of you who plan to start watching this by now like me, I just want to say lower your expectations, compared to any recent or modern medical drama, this one will be more realistic and nearly made as close as possible to real life, there will be no overly optimistic doctor or the doctor who act like they're a superhero/god, every doctor in here is just a human.

So it might hit different into your heart or feeling

This is the drama about face the reality of life and live happily on what you have now. Not a typical medical jdrama like but more to a slice of life and heartwarming dorama. Totally worth your chilling time to watch it.
