He's scared bc of his masked id and amnesia that she'll see him as a threat.Which is partly correct. He is thinking as the prince he can't remember he is. Those you have the power to help you, have the power to destroy you. Don't worry though the FL is clever. She figures it out

Oh my! I'm on ep3 and I 'm glued to the screen! When are they gonna kiss???I know there's no reason yet to do so, but wow! It's the third drama I started these last 10 days after dropping 2, so I hope this one will stick

That's my problem since ep4 and I decided to drop it, even though people are raving about the 2nd couple. I kept skipping scenes and I just couldn't see any sparks flying btw the main leads. If only there was an edit with just the Princess' story. I heard it's fire.

The child part lasts till ep2 and it's not mentioned again

Plot armour, LOL. I started watching today and though I like the story so far the ML's features are kind of soft and his viciousness is muted down. He's like a short drama ML at that:All pretty, barking but no bite. I think it's his lips, I haven't decided yet.

Dropped it at ep25. I realised I was ffing looking for Zhuge's interactions with the squad, not caring about the story at all.The first half was ok. The story plotholes were tolerable, the murder loops were acceptable, the mieh romance a necessary filler 'cause, God forbid, the ML exists happily unmarried. Even the science behind everything was excusable given the genre. But my brain rebelled when Old Bug broke the chains. It was the last straw of reality bending I allowed myself to accept. That and the lightning crystal. I felt I was watching a different kind of genre all of a sudden. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm all for fantasy elements and fairytales, IF stated at the beginning. Nonetheless it's a very meticulous production and WXY managed to convey a very mature personality compared to his real age.

It gets better as it progresses and it's one of the few dramas where the last arc is the best of all, followed by a perfect ending. Mind you, it's all about their relationship and everything else is there to progress it, compliment it and solidify it. So if you weren't hooked from the start, you chose well to drop it

Ep21 and everything 's sloppily written. What do you mean she just fell willingly into the trap without informing anyone about Beiming's whereabouts? A pill and Old Bug is superman? It's quite repetitive in it's writing and every witness just drops dead after a few eps, but it was ok up till now. I'm worried how this is going to unravel.

He starts forgetting her around episode 30 and remembers her around 35 with some flashbacks and from then on he gets his memory back

Yeah, it's quite interesting, completely different from this one. The romance is really toned down and I enjoy the friendships. I find it a nice stepping stone to my next romance drama so as to avoid immediate comparisons with Shadow Love

I'm obsessed with their love. The way they express and prove it in every episode. It's one of the best full fledged love stories I had the pleasure of watching on screen. I've been stack in this loop for almost two months. I keep skimming through other dramas but nth keeps my interest for long

Third time watching and I still can't get over the heartache of ep31 onwards. I just paused to steel myself once again for LS's pain.

I gave it an 8 bc for once the FL is not an annoying clinging virgin. And she already has a child. A rare drama indeed

Yeah and I didn't like how they consummated their affair bc of her ex

He gave up his title after she left Yao and he never told her. In fact he told his brother that after she does what she has to do in Taijin he hopes they meet again. He didn't give up his position for her. She is one of the reasons but he also felt responsible for the death of so many Yao soldiers.

I agree with Lizzy. If you can't go past ep8 drop it. You really can't just skip episodes. The reason the later episodes and the last arc are the best, is the episodes on the first half of the drama. They build a very realistic, emotional relationship based on true love. Anything else and it would have been lust, or just the blood pact, or a whim.
