Here is what I interpreted this situation: 1. I mean for Dee to have a crush on Ter for 8 yrs and still think that Ter might also like him and have not confessed because they are colleagues. The amount of mixed signals Ter might have constantly been giving Dee must be insane. I don't think any person with a sane mind would continue having a crush for 8 years, if he wasn't getting hints of reciprocated feelings (like when Ter wipped Dee's lips and licked it, colleagues or brother don't do that, that weird)
2. You definitely know that the other person has a crush on you or not by their behaviour, specially with someone with whom you have been for 8 yrs. I am sure Ter is aware of Wandee's feelings for him. He is just being ignorant and on top of that puting fule to the fire by his caring and flirty behaviour, giving mixed signals.
3. I think another reason might be because he also might like Wandee and is just not accepting the fact that he likes a guy. So he on one hand wants to be close with Dee on the other hand is in Delulu that he likes a girl.
4. Maybe he is just selfish like he knows that Wandee is a good doctor and might be better than him or beat him someday. So he is just being this fake fried with him with all the flirty stuffs just to have Dee under his control. Like the way it's said that "You keep your enemies closer"
