Joker could have not involved him in this heist plan. He could have just told him something like come another day, or something else. But then also like Joker said he never used to realise that his actions might affect other people as well.

But still I think that Jacks hate for Joker is just what we see surface level he more or less knows that its completely not Joker's fault that he is in this situation.
