And it's true that the reason he is still seeking help from Ming is because ,he knows Mong is rich (richer than other two) so he can make a better negotiation and Ming wouldn't mind any amount he proposed, and he is still somewhat wanting to be with Ming than with someone else..

Honestly, I don't know how to feel about this situation.. like you said earlier. It's true that for family , it's understandable... But it was not like he didn't have other options. Sol and Wut were ready to help him. I understand him being hesitant to take more help from them. But at situations like that when both options are bad, shouldn't you choose the lesser evil option....
