here we go again, with MDL he didn't DROP OUT he is doing an Asian Fan meeting I feel is more his agency making…
"knowing how he is" - this is your mistake. You can't knowing how he is, because no one fan can know him like that. He's an actor, not your bias toy to think that you know that he feels, if he's very sensitive about this or not, and if he really can to join to vacation, but his agency doesn't wants it.

It wasn't a big deal for anyone before KSH and KJW shippers came and started acting like crazy because "Omg, he talked with another woman!". They throwed a tantrum and went to their social media to badmouth both of them. Just how crazy and stupid can you be to have audocacy to think that KSH owes you or to your ship's fantasies something?
If here are shippers like this, I ask you to not bombarding their social media with your shippers craziness, to go outside and touch some grass. No one would be comfortable with this crazy attention, no matter if they dating or not.
You can enjoy your ship and not to make the people you shipping uncomfortable at the same time.

You know very well that awesome main female/male lead doesn't mean necessarily a successful drama. I think the…
Yes, I know it. No matter how good, popular or awesome leads, it doesnt mean that all their dramas will be successful, and then it happens I can only be happy for them.
What about see you in my 19 life, I stopped watching this drama after 2 episode, since they changed many little details from webtoon in a bad way. And honestly, I didn't like Shin Hye Sun acting there and how she portraited her character. I didn't watch other dramas with her, but in 19 life for me she overacted and some her acting was unnatural.

"actress need to work multiple times harder compared to their male co-star" - sorry, but this is very rude statement…
How do you know that he earned more money? And about him being "first in every acting list"? He said that he got many offers and she said that she wasn't called on variety shows (and this is already not like that, since I saw teaser with her on new Yoo Jae Suk's show).
No one of them said that he's number 1 and that she's still waiting.

I read comments and some people bluffing by saying thay male leads in successful dramas always more popular than female.
Just remember Hotel del Luna, It's okay not to be okay, My girl is Gumiho. Who got more popularity in this dramas, male or female leads? It's not even about acting skills, since Kim Soo Hyun's acting was good in IOTNBO as well as Kim Hye Yoon's in LR. It's just that people like more remarkable, more emotional, more dominating or more attractive characters. And who was more attractive for most of audience in LR? Probably greenest flag - idol, who fell in love at first glance in female lead and was a loving puppy.
So I just advice you to calm down a little. Yes, KHY is less popular than BWS, but drama with her as female lead became very successful, and she already got recognition as an actress many years ago. So I'm sure right now she getting a lot of scripts and can choose some good drama where she can shine as an actress even more. It's not like her future career as an actress will be bad because BWS got more followers in insta and some journalists asking her stupid questions.

I completely agree. Rowoon is one of the worst actors I've ever seen but still he gets so many main roles... still…
It seems like you're a newbie k-drama fan, otherwise you'd knew, that 10 years ago situation was completely opposite. Female idols was chosen as main leads and often was criticized for their acting. Suzy, IU, Hyuri, Joy, was criticized as well.
It took them many years to get recognition for their acting skills from industry. Now situation changed, and male idols critisized for their acting skills. I don't know why production teams continue to do it although.

The absurdity of treatment towards korean women in this industry is unfathomable. Kim Hyeyoon had build a very…
"actress need to work multiple times harder compared to their male co-star" - sorry, but this is very rude statement towards male lead. Byun Woo Seok is 32 years old, he worked in this industry for many years, and this is his first main lead k-drama ever, and he wasn't even a first choice, as Kim Hye Youn.
And yet you said, that for men this is much more easily, than for women? All of them have their own struggles, stop acting so disrespect towards some male hardworkers.

Platform should be Netflix + JTBC not Disney +
I think the right to broadcast depends on who paid the most for it.
And it seems Netflix and Disney don't want to share the broadcast with the channels now, they buy most of dramas with big-name actors/actresses for themselves.

Terrible when this happens, I remember that bitch that disrespected IU, I was boiling with rage! And these others…
"that bitch", "that influencer bitch, ", "that security guard bitch" - are you respectful right now? How are you expecting for other people to behave respectful then you can't even be respectful myself??
If you want for people to be polite, start with yourself first.

Yupp I too felt this. He seems to be the Leo do caprio of kdramaland. He ages but his women are always 25. Right…
You and Uvimolla negativily reacted on this dating rumors, basically saying that PSJ dating with her because of her age or because of her looks, not because of her personality. After that you commented about some "pick me" women.
And at the same time you complain about "women hate women so much", haha, okay.

PARENTS is the one responsible for their kids happiness, not some drama on Netflix. No show will affect a child…
You said it herself: "whose parents are lax about them watching such stuff". How old these kids were? Rating on Hierarchy is 15+.
If kids are you talking about under 15 it's parents responsibility to protect them from gruesome content. Or at least to raise them mentally stable so such things don't affect them the way you described.

On a side note: Why are all the teen stuff these days like this?? We abolished the class system to a good extent…
PARENTS is the one responsible for their kids happiness, not some drama on Netflix.
No show will affect a child the way his parents do.
While so many people like you can't understand that, kids keep going suffering from misery and confusion.

Lead or not this drama won't seem to focus on romance so we don't need to stress on the labeling tbh
I didn't talk about their popularity. You said she's too young, I pointed at other actors successfully debuting as main lead at the same age. First you said she's too young now you saying she's less popular. How is it connected with her acting skills? It's pretty obvious for me that you didn't watch her roles and don't know if she's good actress or not. So I don't understand why're you talking that she's not ready if you don't even know her capability as an actress.
I don't know that people talk in insta, but when KSH and JJH received roles in MLFTS, people complained that he's too young and their couple won't work. When Kim Ji Won and Jin Goo received roles in DOTS, people said that she's too young. So it doesn't matter that they talk right now, it depends on drama itself, on their characters, acting skills and chemistry - they can't know right now if it will work or not, we didn't even saw a teaser.
And while people complained about Kim Da Mi and Park Seo Joon's chemistry, other shipped Han So Hee and second male lead in My name, although actor is 25 years older than her. Or Ji Chang Wook in K2 with SFL Song Yoon Ah, although she's 14 years older than him, and this is noticeably. Sometimes chemistry works unexpectedly.
"Kim Da Mi didn't become leading actress over night" - probably not over night, but watch her portfolio. I already told you that KSE has more work experience than KDM had before Itaewon class.
Another example - Jung Ho Yeon in Squid game. She filmed in zero dramas and movies before SG, she wasn't popular, but was chosen as third main lead alongside veteran actors Lee Jung Jae and Park Hae Soo, and she was good.
So if writer, director and probably KSH himself decided that she's good enough for her role, then I prefer to trust them, wait and see if it will work or not. I'm not saying that she's 100% will be good or their hypothetical couple will work for sure, but I don't see any reason to think otherwise right now, since she's already proved that she can act. Although we don't know for sure if she's fl or sfl.

People who talk about "western influence" are idiots.
First, there won't be sex scenes, since it's a very rare thing to show sex scenes with schoolers in Korea. Probably "before and after" or "...after that they wake up together".
Second, did you watch korean movies? Some of them have soo explicit or cruel scenes, Netflix shows look like a pure virgins comparing to them.
Did you watch dramas about school bullying? Are you okay with dramas, where schoolers almost kill each other, but sex is too much for you, do you think korean schoolers too innocent for that? Where's a logic?
None of you even watched this drama, but all ready to judge.
If you want to watch dramas about 30yo people acting like they never dated with anyone before main lead, all shy because of kiss and holding hands, go watch them. Don't go here as a conservative grandpa to complain about "western influence".

The show hasn't dropped yet, bruh. The official teaser isn't enough to make a decision. Nobody knows if it's going…
I'm sure there will be no sex scenes with highschoolers.
In Korea, it is forbidden to show sex scenes with schoolers, I know this because I read webtoons. The maximum will be shown "before and after".
