Just watched ep 34, and is Shuyi real!?!? I mean they just had an intimate night and she answers the phone during the morning. Having said that, Shi Yan cannot control himself anymore and really ravished Shuyi. Honestly I would have preffered taking it passionately slow. Shi Yan was literally eating Shuyi's face. Bai Lu is one of the better kissers in cdrama so lucky Dylan. lol
Just about half way in episode 10 and I felt that the identity theft arc was a bit rushed. I mean they just recovered the 4 skeletons then immediately linked it to Bo-geol family. This is so atypical in kdrama. The suicide letter was too convenient, but I guess with 2 episodes left they need to rush.
Glad to see that the evil dad is not going to get his way. He thought that the identify theft issue will result to him getting back his family but the good bad beat him to the punch. The idea that the good dad will confess his crime didn't cross my mind, but on my previous post I mentioned the identity theft will be mitigated by the reason why it was done, so maybe admiting to the crime will lessen the potential sentence they are going to receive. I'm pretty sure its not just going to be a pat on the back.
Despite too many things going on, the writers are doing a fair job of inserting sweet Mok-ha Bo-geol moments. The FL fainting straight into the ML and the ML carrying the FL is very cliche, but I'm sure no one will mind. Still hoping that Mok-ha will be successful in her singing career (this should be a given) and happy in her love life.
The second half of episode 10 was even better than the first half with every scene having a purpose, save for one. Sorry not sorry but I didn't like the scene when Woo-hak cried because Mok-ha left. With two episodes left, I really hope this is the last of this pointless forced third wheel arc. If someone had to cry, it would be Bo-geol. But he did the opposite and instead told Mok-ha that he wants her to break ties with his family. He knows it has been Mok-ha's dream to be a singer, so he is willing to sacrifice being with her as long as her dream becomes a reality.
I liked the older sister-younger sister type of relationship between Ran-joo and Mok-ha with Ran-joo given up her share of the company and taking a risk to develop Mok-ha into a true singer. IMO we have to thank Bo-geol's contribution to her change of attitude. At first I was thinking "really another problem this late into the drama" when the news of about Ran-joo surfaced. But thinking about it, it is needed to bring out Mok-ha's trust in herself. This is a 180% turnaround in attitude from when Ran-joo offered to produce her first album if she break ties with Bo-geol's family. This time Mok-ha believes that her reason on why Ran-joo participated in Heyday Again is more sound than Ran-joo's one.
I'm a bit confused with President Lee, because the morning Ran-joo gave him the signed termination of contract, he was elated at first but seem to become pensive when he asked Ran-joo on why she is doing this. But on the teaser he is telling Mok-ha to act as if she's cut ties with Ran-joo and Ran-joo seem (not 100% sure here) to be asking him why do you treat me like trash.
The awakening of the insurance agent from his coma will surely be bad news for the evil dad. But interesting enough he is trying to play the victim card by saying someone choked him.
I hope episode 11 with be a double digit high for the drama. Finally Mok-ha will say she still has those feelings from 15 years ago and they will kiss (yay).
Finally they are on the way to getting back to each other in episode 31 as Shuyi finally found the courage to tell Shi Yan her true feelings for him. Also glad that she told the annoying young suitor that she has no feelings for him. But seriously more screen time for the two leads and less on these numerous supporting love pairs.
