I find it funny that a lot of people here are bickering on who's wrong between the ML and FL. This is a forum so everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but to actually be arguing because of differences in opinions is just meh. Let's just watch the rest of the episodes and enjoy the ride.
Watched eps 7 to part of 11, and those are cool effects when Xing Zhi was purifying the abyss and curing Shen Li of the miasma as well. I liked how Xing Zhi was trying to constantly (and mostly succeeding) hold Shen Li's hand. He earlier said he met an interesting person (referring to Shen Li) in the mortal realm but that's it, but his actions in the Immortal Realm are not consistent with his words. The funniest part was in the underwater scene when he tricked Shen Li that the spell would only work if they are holding hands, and when ShenLi was trying to hold her breath. Shen Li is starting to be enamoured with Xing Zhi because his actions are very similar to Xing Yun, especially when he patted her head. I wonder why Shen Mu Yue seems wary of Xing Zhi. Did she have any bad experience with the ancient gods?
Had a mini binge watch last night (ep 3 to start of ep 7). Finally finished the mortal realm arc and no wonder my wife was telling me there's a surprise in the end. Didn't expect Shen Li to actually kiss Xing Yun to transfer 500 years of cultivation. Actually I thought she was just giving him a goodbye kiss until Shen Mu Yue voiced out the transfer of cultivation. I already knew Xing Yun is Xing Zhi the god after accientally reading about it, but had no idea that the 2nd young master was also a god. No wonder Shen Li is so against the marriage with someone from the Divine Realm because that person looks so soft and I thought he was a she when they showed his chin and mouth lol. I'm sure Shen Li and Xing Zhi will meet again. I wonder how they would react. I'm also having some bad vibes with Mo Fang.
My wife is so far ahead of me as I've been too busy to watch, but finally found the time and currently on ep 3. I've been waiting for a Zhao Liying drama since Princess Agents and this drama doesn't dissapoint. I've seen the fight scenes in the next episodes while my wife is watching, and they are quite good. Looking forward to how their love story will progress.

Also watched Amidst the Snowstorm of Love and liked the chemistry of the leads. Last saw the FL in Wandering Earth and she has grown into a beautiful lady
Started watching yesterday and up to ep 8 (the last one in Netflix), and I like the drama because of the chemistry between the ML and FL, and the FL is also cute. It's more interesting with the role reversal now, and the ML has no one to blame but himself. I was expecting better visual effects because it was advertised as a gaming rom com. Definitely nothing like the visual effects of King's Avatar or even You Are My Glory.
Hats off to the writers for giving us another outstanding episode. Episode 8 is usually when a major development between the ML and FL happens, but whilst something did happen between the two (i.e. divorced), it took a backseat with the hostile takeover by the bad guys. Regret always comes last, and the grandfather has no one to blame but himself for the bad guys winning this round. He didn’t listen to Hae-in father and his daughter. Even Hae-in and Hyun-woo are guilty. Hae-in hearing when Hyun-woo said he just wants to be by her side and realising she also wants to be by his side. But they were already divorced at this time. Hyun-woo also realised he shouldn’t have said those things to Hae-in as he ended up hurting her. It’s going to be interesting how Hae-in’s family is going to adapt to ordinary living. It is very obvious that the love between Hae-in and Hyun-woo never disappeared, and their time in the village will rekindle it. But at this stage I’m more looking forward to how they will defeat the mother and son team. Also, is Hyun-yoo actually still working for Queens? I’m sure the wife of the younger brother will have a change of heart and will help them in the end.
Interesting ep 7. We’ve confirmed a few things. The grandfather’s mistress is the mother of the 2ML and both the grandfather and Hae-in’s father still trust the ML despite the divorce letter. But they seriously need to find out about the bugged Napoleonic painting or they’ll never get ahead of the 2ML. The last part of the episode was undoubtedly the most interesting. Hae-in is likely suffering from another memory related attack but it really affected the ML. Will she actually remember what she didi? The teaser was also nice because it showed Hae-in was actually keeping track of what the ML is doing. She even tried hitting the ball with a baseball. Hopefully the last scene in the teaser is what it appears to be, the ML threatening the 2ML if he tries to hurt the FL.
The writers are really good as they make us experience a roller coaster of emotions every episode, and seriously the bad guys are becoming more bold and despicable with each new episode too. I really want to know just what did the grandfather did in the past for those children (i.e. 2ML and younger brother's wife) to act like this in the present. We were treated to several lovey dovey scenes between Hyun-woo and Hae-in in Germany, and Hyun-woo bluffing the doctor was funny. Hae-in took Hyun-woo's side when her mother said Hyun-woo bugged her grandfather's office, but really took the picture of the divorce letter hard. I mean, from hapiness from seeing Hyun-woo will a bouquet across the street to disbelief and angry. Judging from the usual kdrama, things will likely happen on ep 8, like Hae-in realizing in hindsight how she treated Hyun-woo. I reckon the bad guys will likely take over Queens by this episode with the 3 directors backing the grandfather being forced to use their shares of the company to invest in the 2MLs investment fund which is very likely a scam. But all isn't lost because Hyun-woo does have the SD card of his car that was parked across the tech shop. He will surely investigate why the 2ML was there, investigate him and of course find out the truth.
Just started ep 6 and there is already at least one (the FLs brother's wife) and possibly a second one (MLs assistant) bad guys. I wonder what is in the ML vault. Anyway I have a really bad feeling about this episode.
I was annoyed with the ML because it seems the FL really wanted to sleep together with him but at this time his love for her is still being overwhelmed by his fear that the FL isn’t really sincere. I was also annoyed with the father for being a tattletale by telling other people about the planned divorce. But good thing the episode didn’t turn out to be as bad as the teasers at the end of ep 4. The 2ML is his usual annoying self, but all doubts that the FL had any inkling of feelings for him was thrown out of the window when she removed his hands from her shoulder after the elevator closed. She was very obviously crossed with the ML for leaving her alone during the night and also hearing about the divorce. They are really setting the bar too high and I really liked the exchange between the lovers in the stairs in Germany. That conversation was 2 years late. They should have talked when the ML saw the baby room being emptied. The FL talked like she was just annoyed, when it fact she was as equally hurt as her husband. But this moment of happiness for us viewers is going to be temporary as the 2ML and the matchmaker start their move to discredit the ML. Was it the divorce letter that made the FLs mother shocked? I hope it isn’t because that would have been too clique. But assuming it is, I wonder how the FL lead will react? I assume her family will be angry with the ML. I’m glad that the FLs aunt got into the picture because she was responsible for the ML rushing to Germany and having that all too important heart to heart talk with his wife. The drop in rating was expected because the viewers favour having scenes (i.e. the FL going to her in laws house). I leave with this parting comment. I find it funny when someone commented that the couples had a falling out because the FL wasn’t wearing her ring. The FL was in the hospital undergoing MRI. MRI means magnetic resonance imaging and wearing any ring, whether ferrous or not, could post a safety risk.
Whoa so the 2ML is really playing high stakes, the hostile takeover of Queens Corp. I will call him and his 2 cohorts the 3 stooges hehe. The lady is the matchmaker but I can't quite remember who the other guy is. I wonder how big his hatred to plan such evil thing. We are slowly finding out that Hae-in isn't the ice queen she was portrayed to be in the first episodes. She was actually concerned that her family will worry if they find out she is sick as they have already lost a loved one (i.e. her brother). Also, is she really trying to make Hyun-woo jealous? I mean she was smiling when Hyun-woo told her to be mad to anyone touching her hair. My favorite part was when Hyun-woo hugged Hae-in and Hae-in hugged back. This was the first real emotion of care and love that Hyun-woo showed Hae-in. He has to have a heart of stone is he wasn't affected. Just imagine your cold hearted wife suddenly crying and saying she afraid as she doesn't know what she's doing. They will obviously spend the night in the house, possibly sleep in the single bed. But I'm wondering why someone in the village suddenly spoke about divorce. Is this going to be the cause of their apparent misunderstanding as shown in the ep 5 teaser? or the writers are just playing with us? Hae-in is getting pitiful because she has a brain tumor and now low white cell count. Plus stress from work and her family.
Just watched ep 3 and I'm really hating the 2ML. I mean he has pointed a gun to the ML twice now and he and the matchmaker had something to do with the boar attack on the FL. I don't know what his plan for the FL or the Queen family is, but it is obviously not good. I'm hoping the ML punches him in the face later in the series. The FL bending her head while passing the ML's meeting was cute and it has a different feel when it is the girl initiating the kiss. Their love is far from 100% rekindled yet so I'm sure when they've reached this stage their kisses will bring butterflies to our stomachs. At the moment it is the FL who is getting attracted to the ML but I'm sure the ML will start feeling something when he gets jealous with the 2ML.
